Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.27 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing, laying by mechanical means and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (thrirteen point two milimetre to five point six milimetre ) course stone aggregates / Crushed stone chipping at the rate 0.27 cum. ( zero point two seven) cubic metre per ten squre metre, 14.6 kg ( forteen point six ) kilogramme per ten Square metre viscosity grade bitumen (VG-10 ( ten)) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggeregate in a suitable hotmix plant 30/40 (thirty obliq forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred) capacity static road roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of trasportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying seal coat By Mechanical Means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (five hundred ten) using Bitumen VG 10 (ten) ) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Construction of unlined surface drain by Manual Means of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm (zero point four zero square meters) in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with in all lead and lift as per Technical Specification Clause 307 (three zero seven) including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
