CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying RCC work with: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.

Brickwork with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth incl.curing in cement mortar 1:6.

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for(a) :Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Reinfrocement for RCC work incld. Cutting , bending, placing etc

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 mix

6 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 mix ceiling

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Sand + Bajri for (25km)
