Almirah Large Steel and Almirah Medium Steel (Drg No. FD-1031,1032)

Removing old unserviceable existing handle and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc for Almirah Large Steel/ Almirah Medium Steel.

Removing existing shelves and making the same in functioning condition including necessary nuts, bolts, clits and washer etc of Almirah Large Steel/ Almirah Medium Steel all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable leg of Almirah Large Steel/ Almirah Medium Steel and S&F new legs made out of 1mm MS sheet made to shape and sizes as shown on drawing and directed.

Removing unserviceable lock from Almirah Medium Steel/ Almirah Large Steel and S&F new 6 lever brass lock with duplicate keys complete all as specified.

Removing existing locking device with MS plate, rod of Almirah Large Steel and S&F new locking device with plate, rod complete all as directed.

Painting of Steel Furniture

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of Bed Hard Steel i.e filliing all holes/cracks or detoriated spots with putty, primer then by cleaning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (olive green/black/Hamertone/ white/grey) with spray gun or by manual brush and roller in appropriate shade complete all as per requirement. (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/08) Make: Asian Paints/ Nerolac Paints/ Burger Paints.

Removing existing unserviceable legs of table and S&F new legs of table made out of 1.6mm wall thickness, MS pipe of size 760 x 25 x25mm with welding and painting neatly including two coat of synthetic enamel paint of the same shade to match with the existing as per drg. (Drg No. FD-1003, 1004, 1007 to 1008)

Removing old unserviceable channel and S&F new telescopic channel of size 10/12 inch in computer table. (Drg No. TP, FD/E6/Map/03)

Taking out unserviceable Key board tray from Computer Table and S&F new Key board tray with side supports and channel with the help of L shape patti (400 x 500) on both side, made of 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF board including teak wood edging 4mm, duly polished as specified in drg. (Drg No. TP, FD/E6/Map/03).

Taking out old unserviceable seat plank of Form without back and S&F new plank of size 1525x255x25mm made of 2nd class hard wood in one piece, duly wrought upper side including edges, cleaning the other face and bottom fix with MS nut and washer as shown on drawing & directed. (Drg No. FD-77)

Removing old unserviceable plastic cane of Chair Verandah and reweaving of Chair Verandah with new plastic cane ½ round, 4mm wide, 0.40mm thick with approved quality closely woven as per drg. (Drg No. FD-359)

Taking out old unserviceable Seat of Chair Writing Steel and S&F new seat made of 12mm thick teak ply with poly urethane foam of 50mm thick moulded with density 40 Kgs per cum with fiber cloth of approved colour and shade with black PVC beeding including necessary nut, bolts and washer. Taking out old unserviceable leg of Locker Steel and S&F new legs made out of 18 gauge MS sheet of shape and sizes shown on drawing and all as directed.

Removing unserviceable Hasp and Staple and S&F new set of Hasp and Staple complete with screw, nut, washer etc.

S&F 20mm chromium plated steel conduit pipe along with suitable bracket

Book Case Steel (Drg No. FD-1028)

Taking out old unserviceable handle of Book Case Steel and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc.

Taking out existing shelves of Book Case Steel and making the same in functioning condition including necessary nuts, bolts, clits, clips and washer etc all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable glass of Book Case Steel and S&F new 3mm plain glass including supporting MS plate with screw, nut and bolts. The shape and sizes of glass are all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable locks of Book Case Steel and S&F new lock set (04 Nos of lock with two keys only) as per drawing and directed.

REPAIRS TO CHARPOY GI {Drg No. FD-220(M) }

Tightening of charpoy frame, check nuts, elbow and removing old unserviceable plywood/MDF board from Charpoy GI and S&F of new BWR grade, ISI marked ply of size 1980X900x12 mm thick, fixed with 8 Nos of suitable round headed nut bolts and washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of appropriate size, (two on each rail) and 2 Nos of stiffners made of flat iron of size (40x05x900mm) duly painted black complete all as directed.

Removing of old Long Rail of Charpoy GI and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, duly threaded both sides as required. Make: Jindal/ Tata/ Prakash Surya. Note: 1. Old long rail as retrieved shall be used for converting short rail under item No 9.03 and charges for converting is included in unit rate of item. 2. GI pipe shall be arrange by the contractor and pipe shall be ISI marked.

Conversion of Long Rails of Charpoy GI Pipe (retrieved under Serial Item No. 9.02) into Short Rail by cutting/ finishing to shape & threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Note: Old short rail retrieved shall be used for converting the leg under serial Item No. 9.04 and charges for converting is included in the unit rate of item.

Conversion of Short Rails (retrieved under Serial Item No. 9.03) into Leg by cutting/ finishing to shape & threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Drg No FD-220.

Removing old unservieable Elbow from Charpoy GI and S&F new 32mm bore, 3 ways, ISI marked, medium grade GI elbow complete all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable check nut from Charpoy GI and S&F new 32mm bore, 6mm thick, galvanised iron, medium grade check nut complete all as directed.
