iii Hire Charge of earth encavator for making site clean & levelling etc. for placing the Trolley Mounted Pump with including all taxes.

iv Engagement of manpower for shifting, installation, commissioning & testing of Trolley Mounted Pump.

vii Cost towards consumable materials for daily maintenance (Work like Glad pack, greasing, Nut Bolts different size, Fuse wiring SWG, rubber insertion sheet, loog book, attendance register, 15 sq mm single copper PVC insulated copper conductor wire, changing pipe, spiders, gasket etc. of Trolley Pump Electric, Also providing earthing station as per required for the electric Trolley Mounted pumps and other works.

vi Complete the Mention Misc. work as per instruction of E/I:-

a Providing & Instalation of name plate of Buidco.

b Writing the name details of officers & Pump operator, Sweeper on the wall with paint.

c Providing Log book & other Required registers/Misc.

d Providing & availablity of 24 hrs x 365 days in sufficient Qty. required Safety materials as per Instruction of E/I.

vii Providing & availability during monsoon period in sufficient qty required safety materials like first aid box kit, machinery work hand tool kit, electrical glooves, DISCHARGE ROD (ISI) normal hand gloves, torch , umbrella , safety jacket, gun boot, rain coat & other required material as per instruction of E/I.

viii Operation & maintenance of the electro-machineries for monsoon period (15.06.2026 to 15.10.2026) the bidder shall be totally responsible for the operation of minor and major work of TDPS i.e burning of motor, transformer, panel, starter, bearing/Shaft replacing, flexible pipe conector etc. no further claim will be paid by Buidco.

ix Deployment of shiftwise sweepers for removing floating materials from sump, cleaning the premises, taking out the garbages from pump impeller and miscellaneous work during the monsoon period 15.06.2026 to 15.10.2026 as per Direction of E/I.

x Deployment of shift wise manpower for pump operation during the monsoon period 15.06.2026 to 15.10.2026 as per direction of E/I.

xi providing service cable from nearest transformer, Power cable etc of required length.

xii Providing Shift wise Quick response team with vehicle for any type of Electro mechanical major & minor break down

viii Cost for supplying and fitting/ filling of Air filter, Mobile filter, Lubricating oil filter, Diesel filter, Mobile, coolent, Mobile set of Hoses, set of flaxible, Fuel of solenoid switch 12 VDC fuel pump, Relay in electrical panel, set of sealings, V belt, new battery, batterey cable, terminal wire, changing the bearing, carbon bruhes, nut-volt, washer etc.

ix Operation & maintenance of the Diesel pump for monsoon period (15.06.2026 to 15.10.2026) the bidder shall be totally responsible for the operation of minor and major work of TDPS i.e burning of motor, panel, starter, bearing/Shaft replacing, flexible pipe, conector etc. no further claim will be paid by Buidco.
