Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning factory assembled silent diesel engine driven 1500 RPM Generating set not less than 62.5 KVA capacity with 10% over load for one hour in 12 hours of continuous operation and suitable for 40 0 C ambient temperature as per IS 10002/BS-5514 including integrated powder coated acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulation and duly certified by agencies/labs designated by CPCB for noise and pollution level etc alongwith PCC plate form/foundation in PCC 1.2.4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and comprising of the following:- (A) Diesel Engine of requisite capacity multi cylinder, vertical, 4 stroke heavy duty water cooled (radiator and cooling fan system) at a speed of 1500 RPM rated for continuous duty capable of taking 10% over load for 1 hr in any 12 hrs operation complete taking into consideration duration due to altitude/ Temp, mounted on MS frame padestal support and comprising of the following:-

(a) Fuel system with MICO fuel pump with mechanical Governor with 12 Volt DC solonoid coil and replaceable fuel filter all as per OEM specificatiion and IS standard. (b) Fuel and Lubricating oil filter, fuel houses. (c) Water pump and lubricating oil pump. (d) Electirc starting system 12 volts DC with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free starting batttery 180 AH, 1 x 12 Volt including interconnecting cables with terminals complete. (e) Exhaust system with turbocharger, SS flexible bellow, Compennion flanges for silencer & below, Residantial Exhaust silencer. (f) Flexible pipe for silencer. (g) Safety controls :- (i) Low lubricating trip (ii) High water temperature trip (iii) Over speed trip Make :Cummins/Kirloskar oil Engine Ltd/ Greaves

(h) Fly wheel to match the flexible coupling with coupling and Guard. (j) Air cleaner paper element type. (k) Blower type fan and radiator. (B) integrated control panel system microprocesseor based generator set monitoring protection and electronic governing system. The control system should have Power Start 0500 control microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system mounted in the Gen set control panel. The control should provide a simple operator interface to the generator set, manual and remote start/ stop control, shut down fault indication and a LCD display as following :- LED including lamps - The control includes LED lamp indication for the following functions.Gen Set Running, Remote Start, Shutdown, Warning, Manual, Auto and Stop, Data Logs - includes Engine run time and controller on time. Alternator Data, Voltage (single or three phase line-to-line and line-to-neutral) current (single or three phase), KVA (three phase and total), Frequency, Engine Data, Starting Battery Voltage, Engine Running hours, Engine Temperature, Engine Oil Pressure.

(C) ALTERNATOR :- Self exciting, self regulating, brush less alternator rated for not less than 62.5 KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy within + 1.5% with class 'H' insulation with IP : 23 protection Make of Alternator : Stamford/Kirloskar/Jyoti, as per 1S:13364. (i) Control panel made out of 14 SWG sheet powder coated equiped with 3 pole MCCB with over load and short circuit protection including alumimium busbar, indication for load on, Set running, instrument fuses. (D) Battery. 12 Volt 180 AH - 01 No. with connecting Lead Make : Cummins pulse/ Exide. (E) Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel/joist/angle iron etc including adequate number of suitable anti vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacturer's - 01 set. (F) In built steel fuel tank mounted inside the enclosure alongwith fuel piping from tank to engine with minimum 215 liter capacity or adequate cap for 24 hrs running complete with drain valve, air vent inlet and outlet connections. (G) Suitale exhaust pipe duly cladded with glass wool and covered with aluminimum sheet inside the enclosure silencer mounted on the top of enclosures and exhaust trail pipe and with muffler complete all as per manufacturer's design.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 1100 Volt XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying sub class "B" bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L earthing complete with Gl electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl earth strip 32 mm X6 mm as main earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass connected including gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwed all as specified including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm dia Gl tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame & 40mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part -1 2009 and connected in earth test including testing completed all specified and directed. Note: Earth strip and its protection pipe up to and including 7.5 mtr onlyfrom the top of earth electrode are included in this item.
