SCHEDULE A BOQ

M&L Treatment of the existing damaged sunken floor slab comprises of the following specification complete all as specified and as directed:- Make :- Dr Fixit/ M/s Sika india Pvt Ltd/ STP Ltd/ M/s Fosroc Chemicals

(a) Demolition of existing cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion in toilet and removing debris outside MD land.

(b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely and provide PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed with 40mm thick (avg) as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

(c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

(d) All junctions points of side wall where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(f) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed (This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

(h) M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in lean concrete complete.

(j) M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using12.5mm graded stone aggegates 40mm thick as in floors, complete all as specified

Note :- Test the water proof area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage, seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of contractor and Engineer-in-Charge. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the unit quoted rate above.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Dr. Fixit Pidi Proof or equivalent.

Note for item No 14 :- The work shall be carried out by authorised and qualified applicators of the above mentioned manufacturers.

Dismantling floor, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and Joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile of size exc 0.09 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed

Dismantling floor, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises and Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7/8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles on vertical surface such as dado/ skirting including 10mm thick 1:3 backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 24 & 25 :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

M&L Petty repairs to leaking water in pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, bib taps of any description by changing the washer, head/ phase etc. all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning and refixing of old GI tubing 15mm bore including connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling & floor). Note :- The unit rate is included for all to be fittings for re-connection.

S&F in repairs 20 mm outer dia of pipes 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16 @ 20oC) UV stablised and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. all as specified and directed. Make : SFMC, Supreme, KPT

Note for item No 29 :- (a) The unit rate shall include for taking down existing damaged pipe and connections and all fittings as directed.

(b) The unit rate shall include the cost of short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc and fixing accssories such as pipe hooks, screws clamps etc

S&F Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat etc. including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.

Supply and fixing 4mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares n. exc. 0.50 Sqmtr each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made UPVC three track sliding Window frame having 2 tracks for glass shutter and 1 track for mosquito sash made of upvc profile section of size 73mm x 42mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Sliding glass shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 55mm x 33mm and sliding wire mesh shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 40mm x 22mm. All section of the frame, sash, transom & mullion, as applicable, shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Clear Glass of Saint Gobain / Modiguard make with thickness of 4mm and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.19mm nominal dia. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner / mullion / transom joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. System is to be provided with proper operating & locking hardware mechanism. Window locking system will be either both side push lock system or semi-circle locking system in centre. Complete window shall be fixed in to the existing pre finished aperture, by drilling and fixing through the outer frame using quality fasteners & silicon glue is applied to fill up the crevice between wall and window frame for leak proof installation including taking existing one complete all as specified. Note: - The contractor shall submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

S&F Factory made UPVC Ventilators design will be like top part fixed with exhaust fan provision and bottom part with fixed louver strips.Ventilators frame made of upvc profile section of size 45mm x 43mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Wherever required /specified, system shall have the fix mullion of size 45mm x 60mm having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/- 0.2mm). All section of the frame,transom & mullion shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Pinhead Glass with thickness of 4mm required for fixed & louvers strips. M&L Granite 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps,Jamps, Pillars, Windows, cills, platforms and like CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with marble shade of Granite over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash brick using modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, angles etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of static water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 including dismantling existing corroded wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing/ watch tower having height 30m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horinzontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damage portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damage soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damaged portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and finished the surfaces matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as directed and as specified.

Note for item No 116 :- (a) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding. (b) Contractor shall provided safety gears to his workers at his own cost and safety precaution to avoid accidents.

Dismantling the existing unservicible gully trap including chamber and material and labour for provision of new salt glazed stoneware gully trap, square or round mouth type "P" of size 180X150mm, including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:1 in chamber with plain cement concrete base in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, rendering in cement mortar 1:4, all around finished even and fair using extra cement, Precast cover slab in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, reinforcement with 6mm dia in both ways etc, including provision of handle etc complete all as specified and as directed.
