The bidder should have successfully executed atleast one project involving supply, installation and maintenance of IT and Non IT infrastructure components in last 5 years. The project value should not have less than 1.7 Cr.
Bidder should have at least 3 similar kind of project with integration experience, where vendor has experiencing creating development environment

The Bidder should have an operational office located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The Bidder Organization should be registered under the Companies Act 1956 and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as of 01-January-2026
The Bidder should have minimum staff of 30 trained and I.T Technical manpower who have at least a BTech / B .E., in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics Communication/ Information Science or MCA qualification or equivalent .
The bidder should not be involved in any major litigation that may have an impact or compromise the delivery of services.
The bidder should not have been Black listed by Govt. of Karnataka / Other State Govts / Government of India.
The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy/insolvency during the last two years
ISO 9001, 27001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised for technical services related to IT /ITES domain
The bidder shall submit a valid manufacturers Authorization Form (MAF) from the respective OEMs for all items proposed in the bid including not limited to desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, server and networking components
Consortiums and sub-contracting/outsourcing shall not be permitted. Such bidders will not be eligible to participate.

The Bidder should have a Positive Net Worth for last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025).
The Bidder should be registered under GST
Turnover of the firm - The Organization should have an annual turnover of atleast Rs.3.3 Crores for two years during last 5 financial years i.e. in 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025 in the related field.
