Consultancy charges for heat load design of HVAC system as per enclosed ambient conditions of existing Terminal building of Ayodhya Airport by specialized agency/consultant using HAP /latest software and applicable tools etc. including visit at site to collect details of building/data , submission of heat load calculation in hard copy as well as in soft copy area wise and as total heat load of building . The heat load of building shall be designed in two parts (i) Total heat load along with effect of sky light (ii) Total heat load without effect of sky light etc. complete as required.

VRV/VRF OUT DOOR UNITS Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of variable refrigerent volume / flow modulur type Heat Pump (Heating & Cooling type) outdoor unit equiped with highly efficient hermetically sealed rotary /scroll type inverter compressor(s) with 14 HP onwards having multiple compressor, special heat exchanger, y branch unit support, auto check function for connection error, Refrigerant R-410A, with Variable refrigerant temperature, auto gas charging facility for proper gas charging / as per OEM, refrigerant cooled PCB for long life of PCB/as per OEM. The EER at 100% load shall be not be less than 3.73 for 20 HP outdoor unit heat pump suitable to operate from 380-415 volt, 50 Hz,3 phase AC power supply complete with individual controller and fittings with factory wired, tested with all neccessary controls and filled with first charge of refrigerent before delivering at site , connection & termination including complete as per enclosed technical specifications. Outdoors units of the VRV system shall be compact air cooled type.The outdoor units shall be suitable to operate within an ambient temperature range of "-5 Deg C to 52 Deg C" in cooling mode; & "-15 Deg C to 15.5 Deg C" in heating mode. The VRV/VRF units must be capable so that refrigerent piping between outdoor unit & the indoor units shall be extendable up to 165 Meter with maximum level difference between outdoor unit & indoor units of 90 m and level difference between two indoor units shall be maximum up to 30 Meter . The compressor should be OEM manufactured/ as per OEM of unit. Including supply and installation of painted suitable size and strength MS frame for outdoor unit etc complete as required. 20 HP Outdoor Unit Heat Pump ( As per OEM higher capacity only up to 10% of mentioned capacity is acceptable without any extra cost )

VRV/VRF Floor Standing Type Indoor Unit Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of VRV/VRF Floor Standing ductable type indoor Unit ( Heating and cooling type) of following capacity including fan with minimum airflow 6072 CFM with external static presure more than or equals to 150 Pa, microprocessor thermostat for cooling and heating , safety devices , standard accessories etc. complete as required suitable to operate from 380 V to 415 V , 50 HZ, 3 phase power supply with corded remote control, fittings etc., noise level less than or equaL to 72 DB, unit shall have control valve to control refrigerent flow rate respond to load variation of the room , have cleanable type filter fixed to an integrally moduled frame etc including supply and installation of painted suitable size and strength MS frame for indoor unit ( If required) etc complete as required as per enclosed technical specifications . 15.9 TR Ducted unit (As per OEM higher capacity only up to 10% of mentioned capacity is acceptable without any extra cost ) Note:- The indoor unit shall be installed in a big hall surrounded by toughned glass from all side . Only refrigerent pipe , electrical and communication cables shall be connected from outdoor unit . The indoor unit shall be suitable to vertically connect to accoustic insulated powder quoated rectangular / square GI duct. The Zet nozzles shall be installed in duct to throw air in diffrent direction . A picture is attached for refrence .

VRV/VRF Ceiling mounted Indoor Unit Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of VRV/VRF ceiling mounted type indoor Unit ( Cooling and heating type) of following capacity including fan section with airflow range from low to high 812 to 1600 CFM ,pre filters, DX coil section, safety devices , sensors for different features ,standard accessories etc. complete as required suitable to operate from 220 V to 240 V , 50 HZ, single phase power supply with corded remote control, fittings etc. , maximum noise level should not be more than 55 DBA . The unit shall have external asthetic panel for supply and return air etc. complete as required. It includes all the MS angle/ channel/GI threaded rod etc. of suitable size and strength , fastner , nut bolts, washers etc. drilling , cutting including all civil works and making same good complete to install the unit from the ceiling. 4.0 TR Four Way Cassette unit

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of necessary fittings, Refnet-joints and headers etc. along with all the accessories complete as required .

Supply and charging /filling of Refrigerant R-410A as per length of copper pipe as per site requirement.

Refrigerant Piping Supply , Installation, testing and commisioning of interconnecting following sizes of one end expanded refrigerant copper pipe work of following outer diameter ( Nominal size/as recommended by OEM, if higher size than mentioned size ( 28.6/15.9 for 20 HP and 22.2/9.5 for 10 HP) is recommended by OEM , same is acceptable ,however, payment shall be made as per mentioned size), insulated with 19/13 mm thick closed cell electrometric EPDM/nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units with outer mechanical protection of alluminum cladding of minimum 1.5 mm. thick of suitable size for all exposed pipes inside and outside the room as per specification. All piping inside and outside of the room shall be propelrly fixed/supported with suitable size of clamp/ M.S. hanger complete as required at site.( Whereever pipes to be laid in cable tray same shall be paid as extra ) 28.6 mm dia and 1.00 mm thick with 19 mm thick EPDM/nitrile rubber insulation

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories,and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Percentage above or below to carry out works amounting to Rs. 5,00,000.00 by executing any items (items shall be chosen as per site requirement) listed in CPWD schedule of rates (Electrical) DSR-2022 as per CPWD specifications as and when required as per instructions of EIC. (Note:- 1.The firm has to quote the percentage above/below of the DSR'22 in the form of multiplying factor on the quantity mentioned against this item as clarified below. For example: To quote 10% above the DSR'22 rates, the rate column should be filled as Rs.550000/-, whereas to quote 10% below the DSR'22 rates, the rate column should be filled as Rs. 450000/- Note:-2 The DSR rate shall be applicable for items which are not covered in above BOQ items 1 to 29 )
