MASONRY WORK

Half brickwork with locally available best quality table moulded bricks of not less than 50kg/sq.cm crushing strength in CM 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand ) and reinforced with two numbers of 6mm dia. M.S rods at every fourth course embedded in cement mortar 1:4 for partitions.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,slab suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

PLASTERING

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints, Scraping old reinforcement bars (if required) and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of Hospitals area and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

PAINTING

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over anunder coat ofsuitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

FAÇADE BRANDING & SIGNAGES

Printing,supplying, mounting of Name board on framing the same in 3 mm premium quality ACP sheet as sticker type facade branding (on brick and RCC walls) in proper line & level. The facade branding design , Hospital Name shall be made with premium quality vinyl sheet of approved colour, pasted on 3mm thick premium quality aluminium composite panel (ACP) backing of approved colour, including supply of all material labour etc. required for proper completion of work. Before making the signage text & font of letters in best fit size will be set in computer so as to give aesthetic look as per sample available with HLL. Actual size will be as per design setting in the computer etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sign board of size 1200X900 mm made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective stickers as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per HLL Design with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted/bolted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm .3 MFrame work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing sticker type signage at site (on door or similar locations) in proper line & level. The signage letters shall be made with premium quality vinyl sheet of approved colour, pasted on 3mm thick premium quality sunboard backing of approved colour, including supply of all material labour etc. required for proper completion of work. Printing,supplying, mounting at site white board of size 3' x 2' to be made up of Steam Beach wood frame of size 2" x1" wooden section. Supply of 20W LED tube fitting sleek with decorative end cap, powder coated CRCA steel channel complete with all electrical accessories like electronic ballast, lamp holder, 20W LED lamp etc complete as required. (excluding wiring connection).

Supply of 1200mm, high speed, brown colour Ceiling fan with its all accessories.(excluding wiring).Make as per cpwd standards

Supply and fixing of calling bell with its all accessories.

Dismantling of fan & replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins refixing the same as required.

Dismantling of fluorescent fittings using mechanical means or physical means without disturbing the overall structure of proposed area. Items shall be verified by Engineer on site (HLL) before handing over. If any working product is damaged during transit, the same shall be replaced without any additional claim.

Dismantling of modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.
