SPECIAL REPAIR TO AREA DRAINAGE AND ALLIED WKS IN VARIOUS LOC AT AGE B/R-I UNDER GE SAUGOR

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the rubbish out side of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortor 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in Sub-floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc, thickness as directed (n'exc 150mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in surface channels and drains etc, thickness as directed (n'exc 75mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping , apex stone , bed plate , kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating incl. necessary form work etc and making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering, 20 mm thick on stone masonary fair faces / other than fair faces finished surfaces of brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (WPC) @ 200ml/ 50 Kg weight of cement, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : liquid WPC will measured and paid seperately under respective item as 'supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4, finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
