Repair to certain branded/modular furniture and auditorium chair at CME under GE (CME) kirkee

Repairs/ replacement of old unsv existing parts including tapestry cloth of following branded / Modular/TP / MAP furniture. S&F new parts of Branded / Modular (TP / Map) furniture as under. Material shall be of same specifications as used in these furniture articles by manufactures. Rates includes the removing of old wasted out material. ( Sample of chairs/Tables can be seen in furniture yard of GE (CME)/ BSO before quotating the rates) [ Drg No. Modular (TP/Map) ]

Chair writting TP/MAP :

M&L for Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back, along with malmal cloth to covering the seat and back of chair. Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs.200/-Mtr,or as directed by Engr- In- charge. Note- (Sample of chair can be seen in furniture yard of BSO before quoting rates)

Supply & Fixing, seat and Back of chair, duly fitted with 12 mm thick ply BWR grade with 50 mm thick moulded cushion of 40 density, duly upholstry as existing in orginal pattern/ in drgs,or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Supply and fix, handle of chair as existing ,duly fitted with fixing arrangement (Sample of handle can be seen in furniture yard of BSO before quoting rates) or as directed by Engr- In chrage .

M&L for spray painting to steel frame after preparation of surface one or two more coats of high quality synthetic enamel paint to obtain glosy finish as in original existing colour.

Chair classic (CH-7B)-Godrej-07) :

Removing of old/existing rexine cloth from seat and back of chair classic CH-7B and , upholstry the same with new cloth of rexine cloth, rexine should not be less than Rs. 160/ Mtr.

Supply and fixing of back of chair, duly fitted with 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood with 50 mm thick cushion of 40 mm density ,along with screw as per sample for fitting ,with complete upholstry with rexine cloth as in original shown in drgs, or as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing of seat of chair, fitted with 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood with 50 mm thick cushion with 40 mm density ,along with screw as per sample for fitting ,with complete upholstry with rexine cloth as in original shown in drgs, or as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L spray painting to steel frame after preparation of surface one or two more coats of high quality synthetic enamel paint to obtain glosy finish as in original existing colour, or as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing of PVC handle duly fitted with fixing arrangement with arms chair (Sample of chair and handle can be seen in furniture yard of BSO) or as directed by Engr- In -charge

M & L to Tightening of seat, back and handle of chair with suitable screw and washer.

Chair computer revolving (make godrej high Back and Mid Back) :

M & L Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back, along with malmal cloth to covering the bottom / back of seat and back. Tapestry Cloth should not be less than Rs.200/Mtr to make complete as shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Removing of old unsv hydraulic gas lift of chair and supply & fixing with new hydraulic gas lift of Godrej make and model , or as per drg or as directed by Engr- In - charge.

Removing of old / unsv handle. S&F handle duly with fixing arrangement of Godrej pattern as per drg . ( Sample of chair and handle can be seen in furniture yard of BSO)or as directed by Engr- In- charge

M&L painting to steel frame after preparation of surface one or two more coats of high quality paint to obtain glosy finish as in original existing colour. or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv/ broken unsv caster wheels of chair . S&F new caster wheels of godrej pattern as in original. or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Chair Computer with arm (TP) :

Removing of old unsv hydraulic gas lift of chair.Supply & fixing with new hydraulic gas lift of Godrej pattern/ equivalent, as per drg, or as directed by Engr- In - charge.

M & L Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back along with malmal cloth to covering the bottom / back of seat and back. Cloth should not be less than Rs.200/Mtr.or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old / unsv existing Moulded cushion from seat of chair , S&F 50 mm moulded cushion 40 mm density as directed by Engr- In charge

Removing of old unsv/ broken unsv wheels of chair. S&F new castor wheels of godrej pattern as original or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Supply & Fixing handle of chair duly fitted with fixing arrangement. (Sample of chair and handle can be seen in furniture yard of BSO)

Computer table - TP/Godrej :

Removing of old UNSV drawer of table computer along with sliding channel of both side. S&F new drawer and both side channel of godrej pattern or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv key board rack from computer table along with sliding channels of both side. S&F new keyboard as per original along with sliding channel of both sides of godrej pattern. as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv sliding channel of both side from key board of table computer. S&F new channel of godrej pattern and refixing the key board to make existing or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv sliding channel both side of drawers of table computer. S&F new channel of godrej pattern and refixing the same to make existing.or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv top of table computer. S&F new top of table computer of godrej pattern of MDF exterior grade to match the existing.or as directed by Engr- In- charge

CHAIR AUDITORIUM :

M&L, Removing of old unsv/un tension MS spring, 2 nos in each seat and S&F new MS steel spring of seat fitted in iron bar of seat ,as to smooth functioning of chair as in original with allied works of tightening and refixing chair in position to the entrire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. Note :- (Sample of chair can be seen in site before quoting rates)

M&L for removing old unserviceable Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back of chair tip up moulded polythene foam of sze 750 mm. and S&F new tapestry cloth of high quality to upholstry to chair tip up moulded polythene foam seat and back covering all seat and back along with PVC beadings as in original shown on drgs or as directed by Engr-In- Charge. Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs.260/-Mtr. Note :- (Sample of chair can be seen in site before quoting rates)
