Conducting check survey in the already fixed route, Fixing of tower location and pit marking, jungle clearance, tree cutting etc., complete.

Detailed soil investigation and submit the suitable recommendations for foundation

Earth work excavation in all soils including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

PCC 1 : 3 : 6 (M10) using 20 mm HBG metal without form work for foundation including cost of all materials, curing, labour, lead and lift. etc., complete.

Transport of piling and boring equipments such as boring rig, winches, motors, bentonite pump, shells, boiler casing pipe, etc., from location to location by pulling into water as necessary using crane including transport and hire charges etc., complete.

Setting of piling and boring equipment, tripod with all accessories and tools at each pile location based on the sequence of operation approved by the Engineer in charge at site irrespective of the location and distance of the boring rig for 1000 mm dia. pile including mobilisation and demobilisation after completion of piling works etc., complete.

Supplying, fabrication of 6 mm M.S. sheet for making into circular encasing pipe for 1000mm dia. pile to the required depth and diameter including welding, placing in position and driving into bore hole including cost of all materilas, MS plate, all labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, primer etc., complete.

Boring and concreting of vertical reinforced concrete in RCC M25 using 20mm HBS metal (min. cement content of 400kg/cum) using 20mm HBG metal cast in situ pile of 1000mm dia. for required depth from bottom of pile cap in all classes of soil using pile augers for boring using Bentonite slurry and filling the bore excluding cost of steel reinforement but including cost of boring with temporary guide casing, bentonite solution and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap including cost of all mateials,labour, Hire charges for T&P, maximum water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 with admixtures of CONCARE or equivalant make 1.2 lit. per cum. of concrete, as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Chipping and dismantling of pile concrete from bed level to cut off level of pile to meet sound concrete and clearing the dismantled concrete from pile location including cost of all labour, lead, lift charges etc., complete.

RCC M30 (minimum cement content 320 kg/ cum) using 20 mm HBG metal for pile cap with steel shuttering and steel form work as per drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cost of binding wire, etc., complete.

Labour charges for Transport of stub, cleat and template including assembling of template, stub and cleat and shifting template from location to location and re-assembling including cost of lead, lift, etc., complete.

Labour charges for erection of towers and tower extensions including sorting out of tower parts, tightening, punching of bolts and nuts and rectification of defects if any during erection, one coat of Zinc rich primer, 2 coats of Zinc rich enamel paint, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Welding of exposed faces of bolts and nuts 1cm each at two places opposite to each other after tightening, punching to avoid theft of tower parts including cost of welding rods, hire charges for generator including welding rods and painting with good quality of zinc paint on the welded portion etc., complete.

Labour charges for Paying out, Rough sagging, Tensioning of 6 Nos. Panther conductor with fittings including transport, sorting out of conductor according to drum schedule and loading and unloading at site, providing trussels and rough sagging, tensioning, clipping, labour, providing vibration dampers including giving jumper connections, cost of T&P, lead and lift etc., complete under LC.

Labour charges for Transporting, erection, testing and commissioning of 1no. OPGW 48wire including fixing of hardware fittings and accessories etc., complete (Stringing of OPGW is to be done using tension stringing equipments)

Labour charges for Transporting and hoisting of 120 KN Polymer insulators including cost of all tension fittings, all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete under LC condition.

Labour charges for Transporting and hoisting of 90 KN Polymer insulators including cost of all tension fittings, all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete under LC condition.

Supplying, spreading, filling, consolidation of well gravel for formation of approach road and stacking platform for mobilisation of pile equipment to tower site and erection of towers including cost of well gravel, compaction, casurina props, stacking with sand bags, transport, labour, dismantling & removing the platform after completion of work, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Bailing out of water by pump set during the concrete including cost of diesel pump set5.00 HP cost of all materials, diesel, engine oil, hire charges, labours, lead and lift, etc., complete.

Preparation of route alignment with remote sensing and field verfication in GTS map using 1:50000 scale including procurement, processing GTS map, GEO referencing, route alignment, integration of the route in the layout with identification of reserved forest, developed area etc., including cost of all materials, labour, all leads, lifts etc., complete as directed by Engineer at site.

Route alignment using remote sensing along with field work with GPS for both terminal points and along the route including cost of all materials, hire charges for GPS and other T & P including transportation, labour charges, all leads, lifts etc., complete, as directed by the Engineer at site.

Conducting preliminary survey and detailed survey with GPS, Total station & DGPS, plotting profile with Auto Cad & tower spotting and submission of report, tower schedule, justification of angle points (10 copies) and profile in duplicate including cost of all materials, transporting, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Department Engineer at site.

Labour charges for dismantling of existing GI towers without damage to tower members and devoluting to Central stores as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete.

Labour charges for dismantling of existing 110KV DC line conductors and 6 Nos of ACSR Panther conductor under LC condition and devoluting to Central stores as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete.

Labour charges for dismantling of 1No. 7/3.55mm GI earthwire with all fittings and devoluting to Central stores as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete.
