Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT panel board outdoor type, weather, vermin proof, cubical type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed, with necessary bus bar arrangement with insulated bus bar 400 Amps rating , 4 strips, the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame with necessary earth work excavation, hinged doors, front and rear opening and locking arrangement and duly powder coated on the out side and inside, cable glands and lugs for incomming and out going cable etc, independent chamber to accommodate complete all as specified and directed including following accessories :-

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 2 Core 10 Sqmm incl taking out of existing cable all as directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , Type 1 flat with size 250mm x150 mm x 40mm all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick protection cover of old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class ’B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified.

Spreading riddled earth (after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cable and 11.75 cm above cable) will be measured for payment purpose. The earth removed during excavation to be used as riddled earth after crushing and sieving. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvasised steel strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws on poreceling insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length as lightening conductor on roof/wall of explosive building and joining the same with existing earth test point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit cover should be factorty built ( size TOP- 10 Inch, Bottom -13 Inch, Height 10.25 Inch ) made of heavy duty Polypropylene complete all as specified and directed

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, GI pipe of size 50/ 80 mm dia of maximum length 12 meter including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto300 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed including refilling and making good of disturbed surface . Note : Quoted rate are deemed to be including of GI Pipe 50 / 80 mm dia as required on ground

Disconnection existing LT UG cable of any size from pole/Oh line and connect the same to federpiller box by usinf cable glands , lugs etc as required complete all as directed

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. and Serviceable Materials keep in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Insulators from Poles of any description and any size including Serviceable Materials Keep in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc. Serviceable Materials Keep in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting the existing LT Steel/ PCC poles with 1 coats of synthetic enamel base paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 meters height , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chess cutting in existing wall of any kind by using appropriate mechanical means and fix 25 mm dia medium grade PVC Conduit including necessary bend suitable for submain wiring including making good of disturbed surface and necessary painting to match with the adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed

Fabrication and installation of GI pipe bracket made of medium Grade tubing of size 40 mm dia, duly bended by hot forgoing after filling of sand, length 1.20 mtr including providing two pair of MS flat strip clamps 40 mm x 4 mm with GI bolts nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay PVC Insulated , PVC sheathed industrial HV round multicore flexible cable with copper conductor THREE core 2.5 sqmm including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade and necessary bends, GI Clamps , fittings and fixtures as required for connection of light fittings . ( to be used for Street light connection from JB to Street light).

S&F PVC insulated unsheathed/sheathed cable with stranded Aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, flat twin core service cable of size 4 Sqmm conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments ISI including disconnecting/taking out existing unsv/damaged old service cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-40 here in before but of size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Making hole 2 nos on existing steel tubuler pole of suitable size for passing of Street light connection wire from Junction Box to street light complete all as directed

Supply, errect, test and commissioning of High Mast system consisting of single/double section mast shaft, made out of hot dip galvanised steel structure 15 Mtrs long including head frame, three wire suspension , steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for and including 01 number LED type aviation obstruction light including lamp, lightning final etc and lantren provn of 08 Nos 1X150W LED lights, with and including integral power tool installed inside base compartment for operation including accessories such as suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3, including/confirming to the following : (Make of mast: Philips/Bajaj/Surya/Crompton /Havells)

(a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The Aviation obstruction light LED type SIMILER TO XGP400 IXLED-K2/RD 240 VOLT OF PHILIPS /BGAV 302 LED OF BAJAJ/ SLE AL 54 LDR -SEN IP 65 OF SURYA / GLN 704 OF CG or equivalent from PHILIPS/HAVELLS as approved by GE. (c) Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-25 design mix concrete for high mash considering the safe soil bearing capacity of soil as 10T/Sqm at min 1.2 meters depth / as recomended by manufacturer, However the soil bearing capacity be checked/ confirmed as per site condition and got approved by the GE before commencement of work.

(d) Advance Maintenance Free G.I. (e) LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX BOTH SIDE OPENABLE with projected Globe roof for rain water protection,manufactured by a CPRI approved Manu-facturer Dust and Vermin Proof , suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet of size .75MX.75MX.40M and built upon Rigid Frame Work having Front and Rear hinged double shutter Doors with Neoprene Rubber Gasket, Epoxy Powder Coated including Danger Plate, Earthing Strip Point and Ventilation Louvers at Rear Side, Bottom detachable Gland Plate comp-lete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and embeded with 50X6mm Mild Steel Angle Iron Frame and 600mm above the Normal Ground Level comp -lete with PCC Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and Test-ing after Installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :– (for controlling of hIgh mast light)

(ix) Contactor MNX 32, 3 phase 3 pole 415 volt with coil operating voltage 230 volt -02 Nos with 2 Nos push button switch 16 amps and electrical interlocking between two contactors for forward and reverse operation of motor installed at high mast system. (x) Connecter/Terminal set 16-50 sqmm 5 pole fitted inside the mast for cable connection. Make : HENSEL model KLS 51 or equivalent from SPELBERG as approved by GE. Note : (i) The contractor shall procure the high mash with all fittings and accessories directly from manufacturers. (ii) The installation fittings and accessories shall be got done under the supervision of manufacturer and as per manufacturer’s instructions and approved by GE. (iii) PV and Test certificate for each and every item related to High mast system to be produced. (iv) Necessary approval must be taken regarding details technical specification and foundation drawing of high mast light before placing order to the company. (v) Testing for Design mix to be got done from approved laboratory, cost for the same deemed include in the quoted rate. (vi) Only flood light to be fitted on High Mast measured and paid separately. Except Flood light all other items as required for proper functioning of high mast as per standard engineering practice deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in coping/pedestals of poles including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fixing of IP66 protection garden light 10 W LED COB Bollard with adia cast aluminium,clear polycarbonate of luminary cover operating temperature -10 to + 45 degree C , H=835 mm, LED Driver output voltage 34 to 38 V 500mA as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Crompton Cat Part No LBLSN-10-CDL or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting the rate.

Supply and fixing of IP66 protection High light intensity empowered color changing & monochromatic 30W LED under water fountain light with polarized light design & intelligent logarithmic control technology as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
