Cone sphere design, double flanged manually gear operated Cast Iron Butterfly Valve having body disc and end cover in graded cast Iron to IS 210 Gr. FG 200. synthetic rubber face ring secured on disc by a SS retaining ring with stainless steel screws, the rubber ring seating on a corresponding SS seat in bodystub shaft ofAISI 431 riding in teflon bearings, valves suitable for a working pressure of 10/16 kg / sq cm (seat test) and body tested to 15/24kg/sqcm. Flanges drilled to IS 1538 Table 4 & 6. (Make IVI/ Any approved)
i. At Makrampur O.H.R. site 450 mm dia Butterfly Valve.
ii. At Muluk OHR O.H.R. site 250 mm dia Butterfly Valve.
Emergency work for fitting fixing of Sluice Valve / Butterfly Valve at following O.H.R. site after dismantling of defective Sluice Valve and necessary special carefully for fixing new alignment with Sluice Valve / Butterfly Valve (Supplied by Deptt.) by making necessary arrangement for skilled labour & mistry & derrick for fixing chain pulley block, lighting arrangement, tools & tackles also earth work as necessary, providing dewatering pump set etc. including supply of nuts & bolts, rubber gasket, stud nuts etc. for completion of the work to restore the water supply within 12 hours for each valve.
i. At Makrampur O.H.R. site 450 mm dia Butterfly Valve.
ii. At Muluk OHR O.H.R. site 250 mm dia Butterfly Valve.
Cast iron double flanged Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door / dome / Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, Spindle of IS 6603 Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are Gunmetal as per IS; 318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS; 1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure ofl0/16 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15/24 kg/ sqcm 350 NB and above valves shoul be provided with enclosed gear box and antifriction device for ease of operation. All the valves should be tested by closed end method only.
i. At ETP site 200 mm dia Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve
iI. At Muluk O.H.R. site 250 mm dia Non- Rising Spindle Sluice Valve

Back filling with earth / sand complete after restoration of pipe line work and site cleaning complete as its in original condition and complete with testing and commissioning of the system completed.
Dismantling of Gear head assembly of valve cleaning the rust and damage greace from the surface, greacing the head after properly cleaning and refitting the same as per direction of EIC.
Add: GST @ 18% on sum of Item No: 1 to 06
Add Cess @1% on sum of Item No. 07
