Excavating post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out hard/ dense soil including cutting of PCC floor & removing surplus soil and debris to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring and paving etc.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel flat iron for wind tie including necessary drilling holes and fixing with necessary self drilling and self tapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprene and limpet washers complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A.

Preparing of new plaster surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil.

S&F tubes light grade of size 40mm dia galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in trenches, fixed on pole /under road crossing or passing through gutters etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete, including taking down old u/s GI tubing all as specified and as directed.
