TheTenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22to2025-26,satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor,at least one work of value not less than Rs.20.00Lakhs.Work Done Certificate should be obtained from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or District Level Officer.Scan the Original Certificate and attach the Scanned file to the Tender.
The Tenderer should upload the Valid KPWD Registration Certificate of Class 3 and above.
The Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.82.00 Lakhs.Turnover Certificate Shall be issued by the Chartered Accountant with UDIN. Statement of Income Along with Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and IT Return Files Should be uploaded.
The Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26, executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1.GSB work-632.81 cum, 2.WBM or WWM-375 , 3.Asphalt/BM Work-117.19cum , Work Done Certificate having Quantities should be obtained from the Competent Authority not below the rank of EE or District Level Officer.
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
The Tenderer should furnish Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.24.60Lakhs.Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. in the prescribed format.
