CHAIR DINING WITHOUT ARM REST (Make Usha lexus)

Repairs to Chair Dining without armrest by removing the following existing u/s wooden members and providing new first class hard wood (teak) members, ( variable at places / sizes) made to existing shape all as specified and shown on drawing. The replaced members shall polished with oak colour wood stain and finished with 2 coats of melamine to match with the existing construction, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

S&F of corner bracket made out of 1st class hard (Teak) wood of size 60 x 60 x 20mm thick.

Removing the existing u/s cloth mulmul from bottom and S&F new cloth mulnul finish with existing shape and size, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing u/s rexine seat cover and fix new seat cover rexine approved by GE (cost of the rexine not less than Rs.300/- per mtr) and finish with existing shape and size, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Preparing the surface of chair dining without arms by smoothly / rubbing with 120 Gde sand paper/ abrasive cloth and clean off the stains and upper coat in a manner that the remaining coats of melamine are left on the surface by applying sealer wherever required to fill and smooth the surface including applying two coat of melamine polish to the entire external surface complete uniformingly with glossy finish painting, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing u/s Top of pre laminated particle board, S&F new Top of compressed pre-laminated particle board exterior grade (Duly fixed with PVC beading all-round as per trade pattern) of existing size and shape of table writing, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing u/s PVC bush and S&F new bush suitable for legs, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing u/s PVC Hand Grip and S&F new Hand grip for drawers, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the dents and welding wherever required cleaning the old painted surface by scrubbing smoothing the surface by emery cloth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Gray paint to match with the existing shade, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing damaged U/S seat cushion of chair easy with cushioned and supply and fixing of new cushion 75mm thickx32density and covered with rexine best quality of required colour with as per existing shape and size, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

All as per item No 7.01 above but back frame of chair Easy cushioned, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing damaged U/S cushioned arm rest of chair easy with cushion and supply and fixing of new padded / cushioned arm rest (only cushion 25mm thick and rexine) as per existing shape and size, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Scrapping/rubbing of chair easy with cushion supply and polishing of chair easy with cushioned upto its standard, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing u/s seat cushion and S&F new seat cushion as per existing pattern, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing existing u/s back cushion and S&F new back cushion as per existing pattern, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Charpoy GI pipe with plytop, FD-220

Dismantling of all members and U/S plywood top of charpoy GI pipe carefully and segregate the unserviceable members and Stacking it, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply, cutting, threading of GI Pipe 32mm dia medium grade of size as specified for long rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cutting, modifying and threading of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail into short rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cutting, threading and modifying of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm short rails into legs as specified in the drawings. Providing flat iron clamps 25 x 3mm-2Nos made of shape as shown in the drawing to welded in the GI Pipe legs to hold FMN Set, painted with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 3 way elbow of 32mm for charpoy GI pipe. The elbow shall not be less than 400 gms in weight with ISI Mark for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32mm dia GI cheeknut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 75mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing U/S steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40x6mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with 2 coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Re assembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members obtained from item No 1 (a) & new members made above. Supply & fixing of 12mm thick BWR plywood (7 ply) of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr make as approved by GE/Engineer-in-charge. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement (supplied under item 1 (g) above) and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.
