Providind and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transportred to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works. Providing and applying Tack coat with Straight run Bitumen using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & bridge works as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.(Tack coat on C.C. Providing and laying 30 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29,prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after clearing the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum pre 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work (A/R P-186 Item-54)
