Excavation in treches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable). Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M & L for Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable existing LT cable of size 16 to 95 sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Taking out old unserviceable existing LT cable of size 120 to 300sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Supply and Laying XLPE UG cable insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor through pipes,induct,on pole, in trenches etc and including suitable size Alluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables complete of following size. Note :- Excavation, Earth work, sand cushing , GI Pipe will measured and paid seperately.

Taking out old unserviceable LT pole of 9.0 Meters long and Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron / Mild steel base plate, CI finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary work in soft/ loose soil, painting exposed surafces steel tubular poles with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and and black bituminous paint on steel surafces embedded in concrete and providing 300 mm wide bands (5 bands/ straps with fluorescent synthetic enamel paint in alternate colour of black, green and red 20 cm wide each from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white Retro Reflective paint on yellow Retro Reflective paint ground(50 mm wide and 100 mm high letters) including encircling the letters of figures complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation,earth work,PCC & return filling,removal of soil to be measured seprately in respective item of schedule.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8)type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate infoundation(below pole ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole etc. (around the poles in pit) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring in any type of soil under road 1.5 Mtr below the top surface of road by conventional method complete for passing through 40mm to 100mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

M & L for Scraping, cleaning and preparation of old surfeces of steel tubular pole (9 Mtr long) steel fitting complete and M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of erected steel tubular swaged poles / Rails/Girder poles of LT over head line ( Except embedded portion), 9 M long including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection pipe and providing one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with two coats of Retro Reflective paint (black, green and red 20 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white Retro Reflective paint on yellow Retro Reflective piant ground (50mm wide and 100mm high letters) including encircling the letters or figures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Triming of tree branches (tree prunning) up to 75mm dia to clear the route of LT over head lines arround the 3 Mtr from the external conductors including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at places all as directed. Note:-only soan having tree to be measured.

Supply and fix in replacement of pole mounting type junction box factory made of size 250x250x155 mm of FRP sheet, shockproof and rustproof, fire retardant as per IS:11731 with front openable hinged door, locking arrangement with 4 Nos aluminium bus bar 40 Amp rating mounted on porcelain insulator, cable gland, lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing C series MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA, including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4 mm FI and nut,bolts & washers duly painted clamps, nuts and bolts with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate of MCB shall be included in the quoted unit rate).

Supply and fix in replacement of pole mounting type junction box factory made of size 200x140x95 mm of FRP sheet, shockproof and rustproof, fire retardant as per IS:11731 with front openable hinged door, locking arrangement with 2 Nos aluminium bus bar 40 Amp rating mounted on porcelain insulator, cable gland, lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing C series MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA, including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4 mm FI and nut,bolts & washers duly painted clamps, nuts and bolts with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Rate of MCB shall be included in the quoted unit rate).

Supply, fixing, installation and testing in replacement of LT panel out door (Kiosk type) type weather & vermin proof CRCA sheet housing 2.0 mm thick, double door front & rear openable type mounted on 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron frame, floor mounted type with coloured horizontal Tinned aluminium bus bar 4 pole mounted on insulators of rating 200 Amps, one MCCB, 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA 415 volts at incoming supply. The panel size not less than 600x450x300mm with cable gland, duly powder coated, locking arrengement complete and including grouting in PCC block of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal busbar chamber for multiple Nos of service connection made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet powder coated suitable for pole mounted outdoor type complete with 04 pole aluminium colour code busbar, 200 Amp rating, 30cm long horizontal type installed on porcelain insulators including fixing on pole FI clamp 40mmx4mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of plate earthing for sub station equipments complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.5 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

Dismantling old existing insulators of any type/shape

Supply and fix in replacement of pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, size 100mm height and 65mm dia, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two Nos GI washers and one GI nut complete,all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size.

S& F in replacement of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), ISI marked, laid overhead on poles, including straining and stretching binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire complete, including taking down all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down loop of LT cable of any size with necessary excavation necessary repairing and relaying at the same site after repairing and make functional including testing of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface Dressing/Cleaning for 2/4 pole structure area / transformer plinth area / sub station surrounding area including removing of tree branches, small tree, plants and bushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Restring / tightening of ACSR conductor of any size & GI earth wire of any size of LT over head line on existing poles duly straining properly binding with extra aluminium binding wire to insulators all as directed. Note:- measurement of RM is each phase (conductor open on insulator and tightening,binding to insulator consider) of conductor.
