REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN B/R WORKS AND MISC WORKS AT ZONE A AND B AT PATTAN UNDER GE 969 EWS

M&L cleaning of sludge from septic tanks soakage well/pits, manholes etc of any capacity and depth by taking out the sludge (solid material), removing the waste materials from outside MOD land and burying in pits including spreading well in pits after burying of sludge and covering the pit with 25cm thick layer of local earth available and cover the pit to make it hygienically fit, complete all as specified and as directed. (Excavation for pit shall be included in this item.

M&L cleaning of blocked, SGSW/ CI/PVC drain pipe sewage line any type & dia in horizontal or vertical position by rodding from man hole to man hole ends to septic tanks/soakage wells, well flushing after taking out existing man hole covers, taking out sludge and other materials blocked the drain pipes excavation of pits carriage and leveling of spoil pits after burying of sludge and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceesing 50 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (a) NOC from Municipality : The successful tenderer shall be required to submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant Municipality office prior to the formal acceptance of their tender. Failure to provide the NOC within the stipulated timeframe may result in the rejection of the tender. (b)Sewage Waste Disposal : All sewage waste generated during the execution of work shall be deposited in the municipal land designated for this purpose by the Municipal Department. (c) Certificate of Disposal : While submitting each Running Account Receipt (RAR) for payment, the tenderer shall also submit a certificate from the Municipal Department confirming the proper disposal of sewage waste in the designated municipal land for the corresponding period. (d) Recovery for Non-Compliance: In the event of failure to submit the required certificate of proper sewage waste disposal along with the RA receipt, a recovery charge of Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) per trip will be deducted from the due payments.
