Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) for PROVISION OF OTM ACCN FOR 3RD INF BN AT SECUNDERABAD comprising of Soil investigation, Site clearance/Area Development, Translocation of trees, Buildings and structures incl Internal water supply and Internal electric supply, Roads, Paths, Culverts, External water and Electric supply, Sewage Disposal, Area Drainage, Compound wall, Fencing, Gates, Lifts, , Standby power supply (DG set), Fire fighting and fire alarm system , Solar water heater system, Under ground sump, Static water tank, Cooling appliances & Air conditioners, Sewage treatment plant, Management of treated water, Rain water harvesting, GRIHA 3 star rating, walk through, 3D model etc. all as stipulated in scope of work and other documents of the tender, complete, all as specified and as directed.

MANNING & OPERATION OF LIFTS (REFER Annexure-XVIII to Scope of work)

(MANNING AND OPERATION OF LIFTS DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD) Notes for Items No.2.02 to 2.05 below:- (i) The Maning and operation of lifts by lift operator shall commence immediately after completion of entire work under Milestone - 3 (ii) Lift operator must have at least three years practical experience in lift erection and maintenance work or worked for five years as lift operator elsewhere in private sector. During emergencies, such as power failure, when lifts are trapped in between floors along with passengers, the operator must know how to release the passenger safely out from the lift at nearest floor landing. (iii) One lift operator each must be available at each lift site i.e., No. 1. Block C - 01 Lift (HAVs & ORs Accn). No. 2. Block D - 01 Lift (HAVs & ORs Accn) and at No.3 JCOs Single living Accn - 1 Lift during his eight hours duty time as specified. (iv) No payment will be made if lift operator absent and effective recovery @ Rs.1000/- shall be made for per shift per operator . (v) No escalations applicable to these items and nothing extra shall be payable. (vi) Proper attendance register shall be maintained. (vii) Log Sheet in prescribed format as directed/suggested by Engineer- in- Charge/ GE will have to be arranged and maintained by contractor/firm for which no extra payment paid on this account. (viii) Lift operator must wear proper uniform with name of operator and firm name embroided. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide uniform to operator with out any extra cost. Dress code shall be as approved by GE. (ix) The staff engaged by contractor shall be well behaved and polite. Any misbehaviour by any worker shall be taken up seriously. The concerned labour shall have to be removed immediately by the contractor and alternative arrangement for the same shall be made without any break. (x) Department shall not be responsible for any accident or injury to any labour while on work. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to watch the welfare of the labour deployed by him. He shall keep a First Aid Box at site with all necessary medicines. (xi) The Contractor shall provide a Mobile phone (Kept at Lift Operator) with incoming & outgoing facility to contact in emergency during any breakdowns etc. (xii) Careful control on the plant and maintain clean and hygenic condition. (xiii) Any tradesman/employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment for more than 11 month.

Manning & Operation of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift of provided make & type by providing 01 lift attendant (semi skilled) for each lift for 01 Shift of 8 Hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays including keeping the lift clean, carrying out routine maintenance, taking care of lift from theft or damage etc. to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of lifts during the 02 years of defects liability period of the project, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge for the following lifts :- (a) 08 Passenger Lift - 01 Nos of configuration (G+5) in HAVs & ORs Accomodation (Block - C) (b) 08 Passanger Lift - 01 Nos of configuration (G+5) in HAVs & ORs Accomodation (Block - D) (c) 08 Passenger Lift - 01 No of configuration (G+3) in JCOs Accomodation

Manning & Operation of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift as mentioned for First year during defects liability period after physical completion, testing and taking over of Lifts by MES all as specified and as directed. Man power to be employed per day:- Lift Operator - 03 Persons One Lift Operator per shift of 8 hours each for 1shift

All as per item No.2.03 above for Remaining period of First year and second year during defects liability period all as specified and as directed. Man power to be employed per day:- Lift Operator - 03 Persons One Lift Operator per shift of 8 hours each for 1shift

MANNING & OPERATION OF STP (REFER Annexure - XX to Scope of work.)

(MANNING AND OPERATION OF STP PLANT DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD) Notes for Items No.3.02 to 3.04 below:- (i) Manning and operation shall be carried out by the OEM only (ii) Electricity and water for operation of the plant shall be issued by the department free of cost. (iii) The period of operation and maintenance will start from the date of handing over of STP to MES by contractor subject to nil defects at the time of handing over STP. Maintenance and operation of STP is accordingly planned during defects liability period for 02 years from date of handing over of STP to MES. (iv) No escalations applicable to these items and nothing extra shall be payable. (v) Sludge from drying beds shall be removed in closed container to out side MD Land (vi) The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost. (vii) The manning and operation include supply of all consumables, chemicals for treating water, Filter medias and lubricants required for operation, smooth functioning and testing of STP Plants and allied E/M installations pertains to STP Plant. The details of consumables supplied by the contractor and used shall be recorded in MB date wise duly signed by JE and Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) The manufacturer shall comply and guarantee the authenticity of the product by providing Test Certificate with Hologram which will be provided by the Authorised Distributor at the distribution point for each Batch of Product delivered on their letter head. (ix) The manufacturer will affix its hologram on each and every drum/container/bag. If the said product is delivered without the said hologram and/or it is seen to be tampered, then the product can be discarded as spurious. (x) All log sheets shall be maintained for every shift. The details of consumables used shall also recorded as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xi) During defects liability period, if the plant or any other E/M installation pertains to STP provided under this contract are found non operational, the same shall be repaired and made functionable at no extra cost to the department. (xii) Manning and operation shall be carried out round the clock including holidays with one FGM(Operator) for 3 shifts of 8 hours each and two Helpers (Mate) for 01 General shift. In case of non operation of the plant on account of contractor’s default/non employment of operators, recovery at Rs. 2000/- per shift shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (xiii) Any tradesman/employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment for more than 11 month. (xiv) The manning and operation includes replacement of essential electrical and mechanical parts as decided by GE for smooth functioning of the plant. (xv) Close watch on test results of both initial and final output results. (xvi) Careful control on the plant and maintain clean and hygienic condition. (xvii) Area cleaning and maintenance of Plant premises.

Manning and operation, Routine maintenance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 100 KLD including all E/M inventory pertains to STP 100 KLD shall be carried out round the clock including all Sundays and public holidays by employing the man power and shift timings as mentioned for First year during defects liability period after physical completion, testing and taking over of STP by MES all as specified and as directed. (a) Man power to be employed per day:- (i) FGM(SK) Operator - 03 Persons One FGM(Operator) per shift of 8 hours each for 3 shifts (ii) Helper (Mate) - 02 Person in General shift (b) Shift Timings for FGM(SK) Operator:- (i) First Shift - 0600 hours to 1400 hours (ii) Second Shift - 1400 hours to 2200 hours (iii) Third Shift - 2200 hours to 0600 hours (c) Shift Timing for Helper:- (i) General Shift - 0900 hours to 1730 hours including 30 minutes lunch break from 1300 hours 1330 hours
