Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five crushed stone sand) using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

For Foundation and Basement

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of of size 230mm x 230mm x 16 mm to 18mm set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Finishing the Pointing with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing granolithic floor finish of 40mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Crushed Stone Sand and Four aggregate) using 6 to12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trowel, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Paving pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand), with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer, 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dadooing walls with glazed printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing 30mm thick solid core PVC door shutter with PVC frame of size 50x45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutter (Conforming to IS 4020 with updated amendment) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 x 19mm for styles and 15x15mm for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C' channel of size 30 x 50mm forming styles, and 75x50mm for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail, bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick PVC sheet bearing on either side and join together other side etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stack and the interior side of the ‘C' channel using PVC sealant adhesive including cost of all furniture fittings such as aluminium aldrop of size 250x16mm - 1No., aluminium tower bolt 250x12mm - 1No. aluminium D type handle 200mm etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer in charge and drawing.

Renewing and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. 3nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in case of single leaf and 6nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6nos. of holdfasts 200 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 3 nos, one at the top, one at lock rail(Inner) and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided at lock rail section in the door 2 Nos of 200mm handle are to be provided. One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS Flat at 0.70kg/m at 3 Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly. 2 numbers of Steel Offset Pivot hingesof size 3" and one number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with 18x5mm MS flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. suitable opening is left for its easy operation. a stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle. each window shutter having an adustable stay made out of 18 x 5mm at 0.70 kg/ m MS flat of lenght 320mm with three adjustable position. Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgs / m3, weight 4kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters shall be pull and push type made of 18/Gx3" lath sections which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below:Curtain shall be of 18/Gx3" lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips. For 8' 0" (2.45m) high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate shall be of 10 GMS sheet reinforced with 40mm x 6mm MS angles at the bottom and fitted with heavy latches and locking arrangements on either sides. There should be one handle on either sides. Guide channel pressed guide channels shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. 2 springs shall be supplied. Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs - 2 springs shall be supplied. Hood cover shall be of 0.8mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm MS angle or gate channel. Providing Cup-board Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Supplying , fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying , fixing and roofing with fully corrugated asbestos cement sheets (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Mild Steel Grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
