Supply & fix in repair for 18 mm thick Multi layer waterproof plywood fixed with screws to timber frame work for cabinet car case both sides covered with o.80mm thick decorative laminates, "Mica" type 1 of surface finished , colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive as per makers instructions complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L machine cut prepolished kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto granite finish complete over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Earth work in any soil excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width and not exceeding 1.5 m depth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Shotcreting R.C.C. wall columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 75 mm thick in Grade M 30 with cement content not less than 340 kg per cum complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and injecting enpoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of primer on new surfaces complete, all as per manufacturer's specification. complete all as specified and directed.

Ponding of water duly filing upto 75mm deep for 5 days at two stage i.e pre treatment and post treatment on the surfaces where as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water will be supplled by MES.

M & L for Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.
