COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF BR AND EM WORKS LIKE REPAIR OF GENERATOR ROOM SHED FOUNDATION APPROACH PATH HARDSTANDING AND SECURITY FENCING, ROUTINE AND PERIODIC REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INSTALLED DG SETS OF VARIOUS CAPACITIES INCLUDING DIESEL ENGINE ALTER

Maintenance and servicing to DG set including cleaning of DG set canopy,radiator and other parts with alkaline based chemical (water based) including replacement of defective and worn out minor spares, filters gaskets, V- belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts, bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and complete inspection of AMF panel and fixing issues if any etc, tappet settings if required and greasing/oiling of bearings of engine , alternator and other moving parts checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery terminals, adding distilled water, engine oil top up or change as required or where directed, coolent levels topup or change as required complete of capacity 625 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Engine oil, coolant, batttery acid including defective spares other than specifed above shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant items. (ii) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications/ instructions (iv) Work shall be carried out at site at different location.
