Fixing of KLCR relays in field in half location boxes. Item includes supply and fixing of MS sheet and wiring of push buttons and LEDs for KLCR circuit. The KLCR relays, push buttons, LEDs to be fixed 16 on a MS sheet of min.3mm in the half location box. The MS sheet should cover the full length and breadth of the half location box and can be in two pieces of approx. 48cm x 46cm and 80cm x 46cm. The first piece to be fitted on top and will contain the KLCR relays, LEDs and push buttons. The second piece to be fitted below the first piece to divide the two halves of the location box. (Supply of KLCR relays not covered in this Schedule).

Cutting of the platform surface(Tile/Slab) for a depth of 25cm and awidth of 10cms and 18 refilling/Reconditioning/ Concerting/ Repairingthe platform after laying HDPE pipe andcable. Cutting should be done withmarble cutting machine in propermanner and restore the same as beforein such a manner that aesthetic of theplatform is not disturbed.
Horizontal direction drilling/boringwithout damage of surface road/track using Auger Machine(HDDmachine). The bore shall be upto200 mm dia & shall be done at thedepth of minimum 1200 mm fromthe ground level. The ground levelshall be considered ignoring thebank height of the bank of the 19 road.The length of the bore shall beminimum 4 Mtrs long. Shifting/ re-installation,testing & Commissioning of SLIDING BOOM complete along with E 20 Type locks on sliding boom post and gumty.It includes testing & commissioning of ground leverframes (if any), E type locks and CB on GFas perapproved SIP. The item includescasting/shifting of foundations required for installation of sliding booms of both side with contractor's own material and supply of other nut-bolts,rivets, limit switches etc required for commissioning of sliding boom.
Preparation of Station Working Rules (SWR) in English on the basis of station working rule 21 diagram/gate working rule diagram to be supplied by the contractor. Submission of two draft copy to railway for checking and resubmission of draft in three copies for approval of division after making corrections.Soft copy (Editable form) to be supplied in pen drive.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 Mtr. deep and of 0.3 Mtr. to 0.6 Mtr. wide at bottom without brick as per DRG. NO. S&T/C-40(NKG), SK/4/95/NKG, SK/8/95/NKG. or latest alongside the track in all kinds of soil, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling. This work includes clearing of route from bushes etc. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Eastern Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. Note:-(a) for all trenches from distant signal to home signal and to relay room, the minimum headway above the uppermost cable in the trench should be 600mm. If due to a large no. Of cables headway is not available, 4" of 1:2:4 concreting should be done. Note:-(b-1) payment will be made as per actual work done on pro-rata basis, if required depth is not available at site. (b-2) if the depth of trench is not uniform in a span of 100 mtr. Or shorter lengths if site condition demands along the cable run, minimum depth will be taken for that particular stretch for payment.

This work includes clearing of route from bushes etc., covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately 24 before covering by bricks. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Eastern Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. Note:-(a) for all trenches from distant signal to home signal and to relay room, the minimum headway above the uppermost cable in the trench should be 600mm. If due to a large no. of cables headway is not available, 4" of 1:2:4 concreting should be done. Note:-(b-1) payment will be made as per actual work done on pro-rata basis, if required depth is not available at site. (b-2) if the depth of trench is not uniform in a span of 100 mtr. Provision of DC Single/ Double rail track circuit to suit RE/ Non-RE areas as per approved signaling plan using Plug-in type track relays. All AS MADEs shall be prepared by the Contractor in AUTOCAD 2000 or latest and submitted in CDs. One copy of the AS MADEs check print shall be submitted before Testing the circuits. The final negatives shall be made in tracing sheet (80 to 90 gsm). All AS MADEs except cable plan, cable route plan, bonding diagram & power supply diagram shall be prepared in A3 size. On approval the contractor shall submit along with the negatives, 8 copies in each, duly making booklet neatly bound. Out of 8 sets, 2 sets of drawings and other plans shall be kept in transparent plastic cover (2 sheets back to back in one plastic cover) and handed over to Railways. Also the contractor has to supply one set of AS MADEs in Reproduction Film . The approved circuit diagram will be issued by Railways in soft copy as well as two sets of hard copies. Wherever alterations to existing circuits are involved, the existing AS MADE circuit diagrams will be supplied by Railways either in CDs or RP film. The Contractor shall incorporate the details of all the new wirings and alterations in the CD/ RP film and submit them to Railways. On approval 8 copies shall be made for AS MADE circuit diagrams also as mentioned above. Designing of Signalling plan in AUTOCAD 2000 or latest and submission of negatives in 80/90 gsm tracing paper in 'U' size along with 2 copies and also the soft copy in compact disks induplicate. First, 2 sets of prints shall be supplied to Railways for checking. One set will be returned by Railways to the contractor for making corrections in AUTOCAD. The final corrected drawings shall be supplied to Railways on 80/90 gsm tracing paper and 2 CDs. [2 interlocked sidings will be considered equal for one loop line] (Approved permanent way plan will be supplied by Railways).
