Dismantling and removing of existing unseraviceable air break switch (GOD) 11 KV with all fittings and fixture complete from two/four pole structure complete.

Dismnatling and removing of existing unserviceable expulsion/drop out fuse unit with all fitting complete from the 11 KV two/four pole structure complete.

Supply and fix in repair air break gang operated device triple pole mechanically operated witch mounted on 09 Nos insulators and steel frame with GI operating rod of suitable length and size with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps, 11000 volts vertical type complete.

Supply and fix in repair expulsion type drop out fuse unit 11 KV, 3 phase fited with above 25 and upto 50 amp baral fuse 11000 volts and two no of post insulators mounted on channel and vertically mounted complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint(end joint) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminimum conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (from New PUMP HOUSE to NFS node back side).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in hard / dense soil for laying of cable/ GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning for cale protecion includign speading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR PArt-I and as sirected.NOTE: Only compacated thickness of sand will be measured and apid separately.

Supplying and laying un-reainfirced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type I , flat size 300 X 180 X 40 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for painting of transformer after preparation of exsitng surface of trensformer , remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coats of ha,,ertone by spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No, capacity of transformer of following capacity all as directed by ENgr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting 200 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure dia cast aluminimum and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection, including taking down of old UNSV flood light for existing high mast light and installtion new flood light on high mast pole.

Supply and fix street light timer panel of capacity 3 phase, 5 KW , IP 65, made of polycarbonate, UV ray protected and contractor of capacity 40 A all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Suitable bracket of pole with nut and bolt include)

Supply install Testing commissioning of CRI tested copper earthing electrode of length 3 metres, 40 mm dia and back fill compound of 50 Kgs and conductive gel to retain nmoisture sholud be filled layer wise and inter connceted by exothermic brazing & copper strip of size 32X6 mm should be supplied and fix upto test point protected by GI pipe of size 50 mm dia up to test point including disconnection of old earth strip and fix to new chemical earthing , PCC earth pit of standared size as per SSR part-1 and submission of earth results and painting of date of test, value obtain at site and all specified and as directed. NOTE: A colour photographe of earting pit and test report of earthing will be submitted alongwith RAR shall be permitted for that items & earth pit size 50 cm * 50 cm * 30 cm (outer measurement) earth pit cover 50cm*50cm/7cm top of cover write MES)

Supply and fixing and connection of all aluminimum conductor jumper of minimum dia of 0.5 inch complete with aluminimum T cable, PG cable, Pad clamp and taking down old jumber carefully then connection new jumber as per site all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of HV/ LV cable from transformer 11/0.433V at site and loading and loading of transformer at both side from gandhidham all location and repair work premises, including hiring of crane and transportaion charges all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for comprehensive maintanence of following transformer any type, Opening the top cover of the transformer carefully at site/ workshop and draining of transformer oil, and removing the core and windings for finding out the fault and refixing the same after repairs, refilling and or topping up with new transformer oil confirming to IS-335 of 1993 having suitable dielectric strength ,including all tests of transformer to be done as per standared, cleaning of transformer & its parts using proper cleaner if transformer can not be repaired, the same shall be transported to workshop to carry out repair & rewinding and back as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete of the follwing sizes:- Note : 1) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separetely. 2) Spare parts will be measured & paid in appropiate item of schedule. 3) Opening and assembling of transformer shall be carried out at the presense of officials. 4) Labour charges shall be deemmed to be included for replacement of parts mentioned here-in-before/ here-in-after. 5)Test Report after concluding all test shall be submitted with duly signed by licensed technician. 6) Transporation shall be deemed to be include in quoted rate.

(b) Removal of burnt HT coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil including necessary insulation material like impregnated paper or super enamelled and keeping the core and windings in to the hot air oven till the moisture evaporate and achieving proper insulation resistance complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE:Only weight of copper used in winding is measure)

(c) Removal of burnt LT coil winding rewinding of the same with new copper strip including necessary insulation materials and keeping the core and windings in to the hot air oven till the moisture evaporate and achieving proper insulation resistance results complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE:Only weight of copper used in winding is measure)

(d) Supply only HT bushing any type and size complete

(e) Sypply only LT bushing any type and size complete

(f) Supply only cracked/wornout synthetic rubberized cork gasket 10 mm thick for 10 mm thick for top cover of transformer capacity upto 350 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

(g) Supply only cracked/wornout synthetic rubberized cork gasket 10 mm thcik for 10 mm thick for tank etc complete all as specified and directed.

(h) Supply only silica gel in exist breather as required all as directed.

(i) Supply only tap changer switch including all accessories of any capacity

(j) Supply only paint from approved brand for 315 KVA transformer

(k) Supply only temperrature gauge any type and size

Supply and replacement of transformer oil confirming to 335, having dielectric strength 60 KV completely including opening of top plate of transformer and refixing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing/ servicing/ overhauling of gang operated device 11000 volts, 200/400 Amps including greasing all the moving parts and applying white petroleum jelly at the contact points tightening all jointing/ bolts nuts including replacing wornout the bolt and nuts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately, supply only the following spares for repalcing in repairs/ servicing. (b) Labour charges shall be deemed to be included for replacement of parts mentioned here- in-before/ here-in-after.

Note:All cutting tools shall be provided by contractor andd finish work timely.

Supply and fix disc type porcelain vitreous ball and socket type white brown double disc assembly insulator confirming to Is: 731-1971 & IS 2486 Part-II-1989 for tension with tension calmp for conductors working pressure 33 KV complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for bring the van mounted full automated underground cable fault locator machine at site for find out HT/LT cable fault in underground completely all as directed by Engineer in Charge NOTE: (a) Fault machine, cable & T & P required shall be arranged by the Contractor. (b) Cable jointing kit for HT/LT is measured separately.
