Material and Labour for Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,hollow square/rectangular tubes fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rolled mild steel in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins hollow square/rectangular tubeswhere connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting platesconforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rolled mild steel in any kind channel, angle, or tee sections,hollow square/rectangular tubes as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc.conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 0.50mm thick Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, reinforced cement concrete M-20 (Nominal mix Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel reinforcement bars and use and waste of form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, first quality non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, first quality glazed ceramic designer pattern coloured tiles 350mmx250mm x 7mm/ 450mmx350mm x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles (fixed in pattern of combination of dark and light colour with border), over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as backing coat, finished fair and even to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair for HDF based laminated wooden flooring of planks of size 1.20mx 0.198x 8mm thick non glue laminated flooring including 0.60mm PE poly moisture foam as in underlay barrier of over lapping 20 cm fix them with adhesive tape,boarding fixing floating manner based tongue and groove interlocking arrangement including taking out old wooden flooring complete all as specified and directed. Note;- Colour and design as approved by GE

Material and labour, 60mm thick PUF panels in wall with 0.5mm thick prepainted (colour approved by GE) galvalums sheet on both face/side including all fixing arrangements such as bottom GI channel for holding panel at base, or screws to hold the panels with frames, 0.50mm thick flashing making a lap of minimum 50mm at all junctions of walls and ceiling and at corners and all doors and windows openings secured with screws and fasteners as per manufacturer's instructions as in replacement of old damaged portion of wall panelling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 40mm thick PUF panels in ceiling with 0.5mm thick prepainted (colour approved by GE) galvalums sheet on both face/side including all fixing arrangements such as screws or fasteners to hold the panels with frames, as per manufacturer's instructions as in replacement of old damaged portion of ceiling panel, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 50Sqmm 3.50core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type outdoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993, free floor standing / wall mounting factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and Outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN Aluminum bus bars of rating not less than1.5 times the rated cap of incomer Outgoing MCCB / ACB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as Outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size as designed by the manufacturer's . A deteachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air.3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof with IP65 degree of protection , complete as specified and consisting the following switchgears and accessories;- (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade aluminum strip with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 250 amps.(b) Main Incoming MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 100 amps, breaking cap 25 KA at 415 volts-01 No (c) Outgoing MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 63 amps,breaking cap 25 KA at 415 V AC = 02Nos (d) Outgoing MCB DP 415 V AC, current rating 40 amps,breaking cap 25 KA at 415 V AC = 04 Nos (e) LED Multifunction meter flush panel mounting 96x96 mm,having parameters such as V,A,F,PF,KW,KVA,KVAR,KWH,KVAR,neutral currant, (f) LED indicator (R,Y,B) of suitable capacity (g) Complete wiring of the panel board with FRLS PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cables of suitable current carrying capacity, end terminated with lugs and bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron. Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip of 4mm dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. including taking down of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 287378.00 (Rupees Two lakh eighty seven thousand three hundred and seventy eight only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
