1.) Carrying out of day to day minor civil maintenance work related to Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing and Painting in R & WM plants ( TRP, TWMP, SFSF,ASFSF,SWMF,TRAP buildings , GSO complex ( Accounts Office, Administrative office,Garrage building and HP laboratory building) BARC,Tarapur, Security cabin of GSO complex,S3F canteen, C& M office,CISF main Guard house, Telephone Exchange,Transport building , roads ,drains , boundary walls,fences, allied sheds of BARC,Tarapur site as per technical specification, site condition and instruction of E.I.C.

2.) Assisting to Carry out of day to day minor civil maintenance works related to Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing and Painting in R & WM plants ( TRP,TWMP,SFSF,ASFSF,SWMF,TRAP buildings , GSO complex ( Accounts Office, Administrative office,Garrage building and HP laboratory building) BARC,Tarapur, Security cabin of GSO complex,S3F canteen, C& M office,CISF main Guard house, Telephone Exchange,Transport building , roads ,drains , boundary walls,fences, allied sheds of BARC,Tarapur site as per technical specification, site condition and instruction of E.I.C.

3.) Cutting of wild grass, rank vegetation, brush wood, etc. near ground level for 400m2 area including Cutting of wild creepers from chain link fencing of height up to 2.5m & from 1.0m. area on both sides of fence and disposal of the removal /cuts parts of creepers to designated places by loading and unloading and subsequent transportation of collected grass at designated places by using tempo etc. complete . The entire work shall be done as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The transportation charge will be paid under respective item.

4.) For assisting to carry out of site measurement, estimation, tendering, drwawing, site work supervision, maintaining material inventory, data mainting related to civil maintenance works for smooth execution of day to day civil maintenance works in R & WM plants ( TRP,TWMP,SFSF,ASFSF,SWMF,TRAP buildings , GSO complex ( Accounts Office, Administrative office,Garrage building and HP laboratory building) BARC,Tarapur, Security cabin of GSO complex,S3F canteen, C& M office,CISF main Guard house, Telephone Exchange,Transport building , roads ,drains , boundary walls,fences, allied sheds of BARC,Tarapur siteas per technical specification, site condition and instruction of E.I.C. Note: For item no. 1 to 4 Task could be executed in both Inactive and Active area.

5.) Providing all necessary materials (consumable ) required for executing various civil repairing and maintenance job related to masonary works in R & WM plants ( TRP,TWMP ,SFSF, ASFSF ,SWMF ,TRAP buildings , GSO complex BARC, Tarapur, Security cabin of GSO complex,S3F canteen, C& M office,CISF main Guard house, Telephone Exchange,Transport building , roads ,drains , boundary walls,fences, allied sheds of BARC,Tarapur site

5.1) Ordinary Portland Cement of 53Grade of Ultratech,ACC, or equivalent and approved by E.I.C.( 1bag = 50Kg)

5.2) Klin burn 1st class Brick of size 230 mmx115 mmx75mm locally available having regular size and shape sutable for use for brick work for building purpose and approved by E.I.C.

5.3) Providing Ready mix plaster of approved make by E.I.C. ( 1bag = 40Kg)

6) Providing all necessary materials (consumable ) required for carry out maintenance job related to carpentry works in R & WM plant's ( TRP,TWMP,SFSF,ASFSF,SWMF,TRAP) buildings and GSO complex BARC,Tarapur, Security cabin of GSO complex,S3F canteen,C & M building, CISF main Guard house, Telephone Exchange at BARC,Tarapur site.

7.1) Providing white vitreous Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580 x 440 mm of approved make, including all necessary fittings required for fixing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

7.2) Providing white vitreous China (European type / wash down type) water closet pan of ordinary colour and SLICK make as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
