M&L taking down of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm for safety checking by replacing defective parts/rewinding and re-fixing the ceiling fan after repairs,all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- The cost for replacement of unserviceable parts of minor nature such as screws, lugs, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, washers etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional and making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector fan (minimum 0.50 Mtr length) complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Necessary required at site for repair/taking down ceiling/exhaust fans shall be provided by the constractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii)Necessary T&P such as ladder, required manpower for taking down and refixing after repair shall be of contractor's responsibility. (iii) All types of T&P, PVC insulation tape, minor nuts bolts, fan blade scew of any type/size and washers etc required for maintaining the services shall be provided by contractor without any cost to the department. (vi) Any fan found defective/not working shall be brought to AGE E/M store yard & re-fixed after repairing. (vii) Maitenance of documents ie complaint slip/complaint register & other stationery required shall be of contractor's responsibility.

Supply and fixing in replacement dry type capacitor 3.15 mfd suitable for any type and any make fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement dry type capacitor 4 mfd suitable for any type and any make fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type 1/2 module 230/240 volt for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan & connecting up complete on existing laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan blade of size 250/300/450 mm sweep as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new hanging rod 300 mm long alongwith U clamp with rubber reel for any make and any type of ceiling fan complete having two Nos holes all as directed.

Supply only new hanging rod 600 mm long alongwith U clamp with rubber reel for any make and any type of ceiling fan complete having two Nos holes all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply and fixing of Exhaust Fan sweep of 150 MM dia ventilation fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 2100 RPM, Copper winding, Shaded Pole motor type complete including cutting of wall, making of proper hole sufficient to fix exhaust fan and smoothing of the surface before fixing of exhaust all as specified and directed by Engg-in Charge. Taking down carefully existing copper/Aluminum point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, bell pushes, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fitting, call bells etc removiing materials to store for keeping in safe custody and to be deposited at E/M store of AGE E/M-IV (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match existing color complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light / fan point controlled by one switch with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked, steel terminal sunken boxes and 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover for sunken boxes flush to surface for one light point/fan point, controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Schedule).
