Per Sqcm. Including splays, cutting, circular moulding, chamfering corbelling watering curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of Antiskid vitrified tile of premium grade having thickness of 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS: 13756 of size (300 x 1200mm) of colour/printed series (homogeneous) of approved quality, colour in dadoos and skatting on 12 mm thick bed of C.M. (1:4) lais in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match shades of the vetrified tile if required watering & curing of 21 days including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make Johnson / Kajaria / Rak / Ceramic or equivalent

Supplying,fitting & fixing antiskid vetrified tile in dadoos of size 300mm x 1200mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour, Cess, Royalities, Additional charges, DMF @ 10% & EMF @ 5% over the royality and T&P and cess etc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel lifted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P euding cost of glass etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fitting - fixing of 5.5 mm thick hexagonal Aluminium jally in windows as single groove, double groove and tpered clip as horizontal and vertical members for fixing of aluminium jally nd jointing angle conforming to standard Aluminium section etc. complete.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. iron grill & grill gate as per approved design specification size including cost of all materials with cost of conveyance, taxes, Cess etc. but excluding labour as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of Window Grill including filling the holes with C.C (1:2:4) etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty, etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
