S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ150 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately

Material and labour for applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to new plastered of wall (including chajja, facia & ceiling surface) including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer on old steel sufaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of acrylic distemper 1st quality of existing shade.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially privided for (unreinforced) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in plinth protection etc , finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming Construction (Dummy joints 50mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of Grade A.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even without using extra cement as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors, pavings etc.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and levelling soft soil in layers of 15 cm thick each in existing traverse to a desired slope as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Measured and paid in per sqm per layer 15cm thick layers each and part thereoff in fractions to 15cm thickness. Note: Soil required shall be excavated from pits earmarked by the user unit and measured separately

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth to any lead and lift and deposited in layers as mentiones in Item No. 52 above, as directed by Engineer-in charge

Taking down existing roof felt including plaster of any description carefully from existing roof /parapet without disturbing wall surface and removing the same at a distance exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching at junction of roof and parapet wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying one coat of Cold Bituminous primer for use in waterproofing and damp-proofing treatments @ 0.25 Lit/Sqm confirming to IS:3384-1986.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane with mineral top finish weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm and minimum 3.0 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric( weight not less than 160 gms/sqm) laid by torch application method over bituminous surface & overlap shall be minimum 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing the aluminium/copper earthing strips in same position with and including all new fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 15mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.
