A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.
Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.
Bidder Should have installed / maintained VMS Boards minimum of 10 Number of VMS Displays to police department or other department in last 05 financial years.
Bidder / OEM should be in business for more than 5 years as on 31-03-2025.This should be supported by the certificate of Registration issued by a competent authority.
The Smart VMS OEM / Bidder shall provide affidavite is Rs 100/- stamp partner which shall be signed by authorized signatory declaring that they have not been convicted,punished or blacklisted in any government,semi- government, PSU department. The affidavit along with supporting document mentioning/certifying name of authorized signatory for OEM / Bidder shall be provided.
The OEM / Bidder VMS Boards should have a service centre in karanataka
The Bidder / OEM should have below ISO Certifications for Quality, Environment, Security management and Health & safety Management system, The Bidder shall attach the copy of the ISO Certificate along with the bid.ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, CMMI Level 5and ROHS Certificate, BIS Certificate or latest or equivalent quality standard Certificates to be provided
Tenderer should have total combined turn over more than Rs. 50.00 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty lakhs Only) for last three financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. This should be supported by audited balance sheet of the company duly audited by the Chartered Accountant.
