Landscaping Work inside the premises of Kalinga Studio, Bhubaneswar

Landscaping Work: Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper level by fillings with earth or earth mixed with sludge/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water and completed in all respects as per direction of Eingineer in Charge.

Supply of good quality garden soil preferably red alluvial / sandy loam with texture neither too coarse nor too fine with a fair degree of water retaining adequate humus with a ph range from 6.5 to 7.5 should be free from any undesirable inorganic materials like wastage construction, roots and bushes of wild plants, polythene garbage etc. To be collected after duly screened includingg with labour and T & P charges for loading, unloading and stacking at site in separate heaps of (1,5X1.5X0.5) cum or its multiplies taken into 1 (one) cum for measurement spreaded over an specified with average thickness of 6 cm and completed in all respects as per direction of Eingineer in Charge.

Lifting and spreading of good garden soil uniformly over the surface area as per the landscape design and the advice of the Site-in-Charge and complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of cow dung manure, well decomposed, garbyage free including transportation & delivery at site including carriage up to 5 km (sludge, cattle manure measured in stack) will bye reduced by 8% on payment etc, all complete as per direction of Eingineer in Charge.

Lifting & spreading of manure uniformly over the surface area as per landscape design/ all complete as per direction of Eingineer in Charge.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Eingineer in Charge.

Providing and laying corian grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden and then rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grasses establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Dibbling of grass in required spacing including rolling, 1st watering & maintenance of the lawn to make it free from weeds top dressing with fertilizer and pesticide and mixture of grass planting as per instruction of Eingineer in Charge & complete in all respect.

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintain the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure (the good earth shall be paid for separately & all completd as er direction of Eingineer in Charge.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ration of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20 % one part of sacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling the earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of material declared unserviceable and surplus earth if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately) & all comPleted as Per direction of Eingineer in Charge.

Holes 45 cm dia and 45 cm deep

Weeding out of lawn by removal of all weeds and other wild growth with roots by forking including disposal of garden rubbish with all loads and lifts complete if top dressing required (Cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth to be paid for separate) as per per direction dir and satisfaction of officer in charge.

Where weeds upto 50%

Removal of rubbish/ waste materials by Mechanical Means including loading, unloading , Stacking and carriage upto 1 km lead, complete disposal as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premises 30.50% IP one litre premises diluted in 499 litr. Water and applying solution @ 1.00 ltr solution per sqm lawn or bed area. (two application) i/c cost of chemical) and as er direction of officer-in-charge

Supply of Dorenda Yellow (1') plant well grown healthy & disease free & planting site with required good soil & manure including transportation loading & unloading & watering as per requirement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Supply of Seasonal Flower (polypack) plant well grown healthy & disease free & planting site with required good soil & manure including transportation loading & unloading & watering as per requirement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Kamini(3') plant well grown healthy & disease free & planting site with required good soil & manure including transportation loading & unloading & watering as per requirement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Allamonda plant well grown healthy & disease free & planting site with required good soil & manure including transportation loading & unloading & watering as per requirement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Bio-fertilizer (Neemola) in good condition including loading & unloading and delivery to site etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Procurement of A-One(250ML) good condition including transportation. Loading & unloading at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge etc all complete etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Procurement of Roger(250ML) good condition including transportation. Loading & unloading at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e, lawn trees, shrubs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creeper etc. Including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticides, pesticide and fertilizer (Whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as per directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, manure, fertilizer, Insecticide. Lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor. (sqmt./ year)

Procurement of Verrmi(50kg) good condition including transportation. Loading & unloading at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

CIVIL WORK: Supplying & laying filling sand with proper compaction etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(GSB) Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:4:8) in floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 100 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design,colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flush pointing to stone masonry in cement mortar 1:3 including racking out joints 5mm deep, cleaning, pressing cement mortar finishing and curingincluding cost of materials, labour, scaffolding with initial lead and lift upto 10m etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(

N.B - The bidders are required to Quote their rates excluding of Goods & Service Tax (GST). GST as applicable will be paid extra. The existing rule of Govt. and any amendment made in future will be followed.
