Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins,columns, crane gantries, rails, stairs, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing the debris out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Joint free Non Skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floor etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing the debris out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

S/F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, Dark shade/double charged tiles, including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing the debris out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in verticle surfaces 300x200x7mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colour of tiles including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4.(Backing coat), including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing the debris out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster in cm 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing liquid finished even and smooth on concrete surfaces including taking down, complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.
