Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator of connected DG set 75 KVA make Kirloskar excluding AMF panel installed at AF Net site 1 for routine check up of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete servicing as per the Manufacturers instructions, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. A'Check (Item Nos. 1 to 12). (i) Check Engine oil level and topping up as and when required [Engine oil will be measuered paid separately] (ii) Check Engine Coolant oil level if required topping up.[Coolant oil measured and paid separately]. (iii) Check Belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace. (iv) Check oil bath cleaner oil level. (v) Check Exhaust System for leakage and rectification. (vi) Drain sediment and cleaning from Fuel filter & Fuel Tank. (vii) Check dry type air filter element and clean or replace [ Air filter element shall be measuered paid seperately].

Note : Engine oil & Coolant oil will be measured and paid separately.

Note :- Spares such as power contactors, ACB timers, Multi Display Meter, Battery charger etc., shall be measured & paid separately "UNDER SUPPLY ONLY RATES".

Note:-Cost of defective parts included in quoted rate.

M&L for grinding, cutting of cylinder heads including inserting of new valves (Exaust and inlet) valve shafts guide, called valve spring etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Cost of Spares as required shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Repair, overhauling and calibration of fuel pump complete with replacement of worn out parts such as bearings plunger, impeller and oil seal etc., including calibration of injector and refixing fuel injector pump and injector including testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing on wall 'DO AND DON'T' chart for electric installation and made out of plastic based paper with glass cover and aluminium frame of size 0.80 mtrs x 1.00 mtrs including two numbers clamp for hanging arrangements with instructions written in Hindi or English language, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing AVR, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, testing AMF panel of capacity 40 KVA to 75 KVA DG set, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of existing unsv solar water heater and collector panel of capacity 100 LPD of any Make with electric back up system after disconnecting the existing water supply / water connection from any height of the building / ground, including stripping out the hot water vessel by taking out, outer cover, insulating materials etc. and continuous brazing / welding of the inner container where required for arresting leakages including replacemnt of defective / worn out spare parts etc. and re-assembling the system connecting the water / electrial connections and testing, complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED luminaries (>120 Lumens/watt) 600 mm x 600 mm, 30 watt (LCTLRNE-30-FO-CDL) suitable for 230 volts, 50 HZ AC supply recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glair free light complete with driver, holder and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for maintenance of electrically operated overhead travelling crane (EOT) double girder type of capacity 2.5 ton comprising of electric motor for long travel, hoist motion, creeping micro speed and electrical control panel consisting of MCCBs / main switches, step down transformer, contactors, HRC fuses & mechanical wire rope with drum, brake unit, gear boxes, oil levels, motor bed ends, electrical control cables etc. throughout the time period of the contract comprising of material, labour and T&P for routine, periodical, preventive maintenance or breakdown repair to make EOT crane functional at all time, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Note: (i) All lubricants including Gear Oil 80W90, Fine quality Grease and Welding work required for maintenance of cranes is inclusive in this items. The contractor shall check for any malfunctioning of the cranes during preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance to be performed at least thrice in the period of Contract, the contractor shall also be liable for maintenance and repair jobs as per fault / defect occurrence without any extra cost. (ii) This item includes unlimited call response from contractor. Minor and Major break-down calls shall be attended within 12 hours from the time of intimation and Crane shall be made operational within 24 hours and 72 hours respectively without any extra charge. (iii) The maintenance of crane throughout the contract period shall be responsibility of the contractor and the bidders are advised to visit the site prior to bidding.
