House keeping ofSub-division office ,WTP and Staff colony @ Dhule building & premises i.e. dailysweeping, cleaning, Washing, mopping of passages, Toilet, urinals, all vacant spaces/ offices cleaning & brooming of ceiling, cleaning of terrace once in a week, daily broomoing of cleaning of staircase including washing ones in a week, cleaning of over head tank once in a month, cleaning & filling of soil in apot, cleaning of septic tank rain water disposal, disposal of all wastage material,maintaining plants, lawn and shrub in premises including it‘s cutting trimming , watering, manuare , pesticide etc as required, cleaning of internal road gutter & removing choke ups including all labours, material etc complete. The payment for PF contribution , ESIC contribution and labour welfare fund charges as per Govt. rules and regulation .The item is excluding GST etc. complete.

Maintenance of lawn including watering, removing weeds, cutting,trimming applying the dose of manure & insectisides, including spreading red soil/ sand/ manure for topping purpose etc complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Trimming of grass, shurbs and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations etc. complete (Rate excluding GST)
