Cylinder deposit: Firms shall supply the item with their own cylinders on returnable basis and Railway will not pay any security deposit/retention charges towards the cylinders of the contractor in which the gases are supplied. Firm to collect back empty cylinders while supplying new lot

In view of nature of item, as compliance of safety norms, Firm shall ensure supply of gas cylinders with full compliance related to safety norms and regulations as applicable.

It is the responsibility of the firm to posses valid explosives licence for Industrial Gases for Mgf and Storing till safe delivery of Industrial gases to the consignee.

The Gas Cylinder shall confirm to Gas Cylinder Rules 1981 and another rules current and to the specification approved by the chief controller of explosives/ Nagpur.( Govt of India).

Firms should have all licences/permits as per existing norms for stocking/supplying the item.

Inspection: By Consignee against MTC,and MTC to accompany along with supply.

S.V.C Applicable within original delivery period subject to documentary evidence. However increase in tax and duties on account of increase in turnover or misclassification or misapprehension of law shall not be allowed.

In case of delay in supply beyond the contractual delivery date, full LD will be levied and no LD waiver request will be considered notwithstanding any past instance of such waiver.

All the bidders / Tenders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their tax structure / rates are as per GST Law.

The offers shall be evaluated based on the GST rate as quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter se ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN number.

Purchase shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder.

Any amendment to GST rate or HSN number in the contract shall be as per the contractual conditions and statutory amendments in the quoted GST rate and HSN number, under SVC.

Firm to give declaration that any additional Input Tax Credit benefit, If become available to supplier, the same shall be passed on to purchaser without any undue delay.

In case successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/GST/UTGST/SGST acts. Railway shall deduct the applicable from his/her bills under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority.

Quoted GST will be payable against documentary evidences. Firm to submit the invoice/bill clearly indicating the appropriate HSN and applicable GST rate thereon duly supported with documentary evidences.

GST Declaration Certificate: Any additional input tax credit benefit, if become available to supplier, the same shall be passed on to purchaser without any undue delay.
