Earthwork open excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to the full depth as may be diverted in sand slit or other loose soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth.

Supplying installing and setup the piling equipments with ISMB 600 x 180, ISMB 250 x 80, ISMB 500 x 140, ISMB 250 x 100,ISMB 150 x 80 Cross strut ISMB 200 x 100 ML 150 x 75 MSplate 6mm thick and heavy duty roller bearing s tripod, bailer, winch chisel etc., suit for providing cast in situ piles of 600mm dia including cantry arrangements, hire charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, tools and plants equipment to site of work for approach jetty and landing jetty.The retrived material after use is to be taken backby the contractor at is own cost

Excavation By Boring of 600 mm wide trench in all types of soil, including pebbles, gravel, boulders to depth varying from -13.00m level to +1.12 m level above chart datum for construction of diaphragm wall including bentonite mud circulation/crane mounted grab all labour , equipments and machinery for excavation, hire charges for grab , crane etc, complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department officer.

Boring Through 800 mm dia liner tube in all type of soil strata including silt or clay sand and weathered rock . The rate should include the removal of bored material,cleaning the loose particle , bailing , chiseling and taking all measures to retain the side and prevent necking of line from bed level excluding installing of lines & driving of liners etc . complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers. (As per Quotation)

Installing pitching and driving mild steel 6 mm thick liner of up to 800 mm inner dia in fine sand of clay & in all type of soil including all incidental charges machinary charges and labour for holding in vertical aligment in position for 600 mm dia bored cast in situ pile etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabricating of mild steel liner of 800 mm dia with ms sheet of 6 mm thick including transporting , bending of liner to the required shape and size including welding with standard electrode and required thickness of welding continuously to full length as directed by departmental officers

Removing by cutting M.S liner tube of 6 mm thick in 800mm dia pile to the required length of using gas cutter and chipping, cleaning out the depth etc. complete and also Dismantling, Clearing away and Carefully Stocking materials useful for the use for any thickness of walls..

Providing and placing insitu design mix reinforcement cement concrete of M30 design mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal with minimum cement concrete of 320 Kg/M3 (Three hundred and Twenty kilogram) with maximum water cement ratio of 0.4 and slump 150-200 mm by tremie concrete but the rate excluding cost of steel reinforcement and including the cost of form work, labour charges for mixing, transporting laying curing, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc. complete complying with standard specification. Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglm3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Routine load test BIS 2911 part 1 section and part II test of single / group piles under routine test, test load inclusive all charges for extension of cutting piles that may be necessary erecting load platform in the manner acceptable and approved by the engineer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading the test loads and hire charges and all other incidental retaining the test load for 24 hours for 100% capacity and calibration chart for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer before commencing day of the test. Calibration of pressure gauge must be done before taking up the first load test in every site of work for piles 60 cm dia etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing MS angle of size 75x75x10mm on one side and including supporting flat lugs at 600mm c/c including cost of angles, flats and fillet welding etc complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position Rubber tyre fenders (90cm dia) with necessary, chain, hooks, bolt and nuts as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying transportation and fixing bollards of 5 tonne bollards as per standard drawing and painting two coats of finishing and paint over one coat of primer to the Satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and fixing of G.I mooring ring with hooks & eye as specified in drawing including labour charges etc., complete.

Dredging in front of quay and in the entire harbour basin, entrance channel/inlet from creek to sea from existing levels to specified levels and slopes in the area marked in the drawing in all types of soils, pebbles, soft rock etc. dredgable by suction cutter/ grab/ backhoe or any other suitable method, carrying/ transporting in hopper barges/pipelines and disposing by depositing either in the marked reclamation area and/ or in the dumping area located at an average distance of 1km to2 Kms as per the directions and to the complete satisfaction of EIC including all charges of mobilisation, demobilisation of machineries/ equipments, men, materials etc. complete with all lead and lift including taking soundings and ploting and producing department both in hard and soft copys and if any archelogical substance / materials found during dredging should be handed over department.

Earthwork Excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10mts and initial lift of 2mts and clearing and levelling the site etc., Complete complying with standard specifications.

Refilling basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted with surface vibrator, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and filling in foundation and basement with Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted with surface vibrator, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying aand painting the walls with two coats of Deco paint with two coats of putty including removing the old paint materials if any from the wall surface using the scrapping materials such as iron brush emery sheet, rough nice and cleaning the wall surface etc., after finishing the scrapping the work to be apply with one coat of water base primer them applying with second coat of putty with necessary scrapping charges up to final smooth finishing ect., finally painted the wall with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved and colour and quality, the rate is inclusive of cost of material labour charges and transporting, scaffolding charges ect., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Double charged Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
