Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. a) 60 mm thick in all colours except grey

Providing and fixing colour coated galvulium roofing sheets of 0.5mm thickness including all the accessories (TATA make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate,consolidated by means of mechanical platform,vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. a Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity.

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate,consolidated by means of mechanical platform,vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. b Size 900 x 400 x 100 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 5.0 kgs per unit -12 T capacity

Excavation for roadway in hardrock (requiring blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, loading and disposal of cut road with in all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres as per MORTH Specification 301

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of bindingmaterial etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified bythe Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. bindingwith key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m.bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link mesh 6.35cm x 6.35 cm x 10 gauge (2.5” x 2.5” x 10 gauge) fixed with angle iron posts and struts by G.I. or M.S. staples at 20cms apart with welding with the iron posts (placed at 3 meters centre to centre) including providing barbed wire stiffeners (shall weigh 9.33 kg. per 100 meters minimum) at top and bottom with barbed wire stiffers by binding wires at 50cms centre to centre complete as per the direction of the Engineer – in – charge (angle iron posts struts, earthwork and concrete for fencing posts and struts to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.

Providing and fixing of sliding gate for 5.00 meter wide opening,and 1.50 M height fabricated in 50 mm dia , 12mm square bar latterrally supported the 6mm thick M.S. sheet .The entire shutter is rested on wheels with box which in turn is rested on 20 mm dia MS round bar fixed to the 75mm channel embeded in the road concrete by means of lugs for sliding arrangement including all necessary holding and locking arrangement complete, as directed by engineer incharge.

Supplying & installation of benches with cast iron frames and heavy FRP material strips per bench 8 nos with 4mm thick MS patti as back support, Nut& bolt including cost of labour for fixing and concreting finishing as per the detail provided and as approved by client/consultant.
