Leveling the ground and providing Precast Kerb wall to the proposed walking track in south east and north side of Helipad area Lawspet Puducherry

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness - by manual means in area of light jungle.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remainging earth locally for road work - by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Supplying and filling with red earth (excluding rock) including cost and conveyance to the work site and stacking to the departmental gauge , spreading in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , watering and consolidation using 0.5 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers etc. complete for making play fields , running tracks and court yards

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on concrete work

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material

Providing and laying of plain factory made (M25 grade rubber moulded)precast cement concrete kerb wall stone having the size of 300m x 100mm x 450mm, made by table vibratory methor using PU mould laid in position to required pattern, line, level and curvature fixed over the prepared base concrete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of precast cement concrete kerb stone, pointing work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine aggregate), all labour charges, transport from factory yard to work site, all taxes etc., complete.
