Rerouting of the Underground Fire Pipe line

Earth work in excavation, by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation, trenches of drains at all levels, depth, lifts etc including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, including dewatering etc during excavation within a lead of 500m. A. Many Places excavation will be done manullay due to space constraints and HT cabling line, trees, DG sets, etc. plesae verify during site visit.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 500 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Labour Charges for dimantling, refixing, laying, testing & commissioning of 150mmdia or as per site fire line with existing Fire Valve including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets, firehyrdant etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade with base primer complete as required. If any pipe have minor leakge same to be welding with proper method, no extra will be payable rather than quoted amount

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trussesand framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position with fastner or approiate method. Applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coat of enamel paint complete

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' classheavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets, Valve etc., existing fire hydrant and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling/MS Structure with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint and 01 coat of primer of required shade complete as required : 150 mm dia (Payment of MS frame will be paid extra as per actual weight) Make:- Tata, Jindal, Apollo

Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS1239/3589 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizescomplete as required. 150 mm. Dia. Make:- Tata, Jindal, Apollo

Demolishing cement concrete/brickwork/tiles manually/ by mechanical meansincluding disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per directionof Engineer - in - charge; Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalentdesign mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means includingstacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade inculding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources) . Rates inculsive of filling expansion joints with bitumen or as per direction of Engineerincharge as per site sample without any extra cost rather than quoted amount

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
