Strengthening of W/s (C/o Starter Room, Cholorine Plant Room and other Misllenious work in UGR Sector-155 and UGR-158) NOIDA

Earth work in excavation by mecanical means (hydraulic excavater)/manual means in over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) i/c disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up 1.5, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tool & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortor in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and T & P etc. required for proper complition of the work same as Item No,- 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four course sand of 2020 fm)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 Corse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on Rough side of Single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 Corse sand)

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
