Construction of New Depot 1 at Belagavi

To Qualify for award of this contract, the Tenderer, as a prime contractor, should have in his name satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of i.e., Building construction work costing not less than Rs. 332.50 Lakhs during the last five years i.e, from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The work must have completed till the last date of submission of tender. Work Done Certificate shall clearly mention the Date of completion of the certified work. Scanned copy of the Work done/ Work Completion Certificate, Certified by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for work done in Govt. /Public Sector Undertakings.

To Qualify for award of this contract, the Tenderer, as a prime contractor, should have in his name, Executed in any one financial year during last five years i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25, the minimum quantities of works mentioned below. a) PCC/DLC - 958.00 Cum, b) RCC - 1985.00 Cum, c) Reinforcement steel - TMT /HYSD/ Mild steel - 97185.00 Kg, d) BBM/SSM/CC Solid block/Similar Masonry wall - 267.00 Cum, e) Embankment (Gravel/Murrum filling) - 2624.00 Cum, f) WMM/WBM - 2160.00 Cum, g) MS Structural steel - 32800.00 Kg, h) Precoated galvanised iron profile sheet - 1128.00 Sqm. Scanned copy of the Work done /Completion Certificate, along with details of quantities executed, Certified by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for work done in Govt./public sector undertakings should be uploaded.

To Qualify for award of this contract, the assessed available tender capacity (AATC) of the tenderer should be more than the amount put to tender. The Bidder/Contractor must submit details of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the prescribed format only (Annexure-B) duly signed. In case the Bidder does not have any existing commitments, the same should be indicated as NIL in the prescribed format (Annexure-B), duly signed. Details submitted in any other format or submission of document in which the Bidder himself has calculated the Bid capacity will not be considered for evaluation and also will not qualify for eligibility. The bidder must have following Key & critical equipments. a) Owned:1. Hydraulic Excavator (JCB/Hitachi etc) - 01, 2. Tipper - 02, 3. Self loading Concrete batch mixing plant/ machine mixture/Transit mixer, like Ajax -01, 4. Water tanker - 01, 5. Shuttering materials -2000.00 Sqmtr. b) Hired/lease basis: 1. Hydraulic Excavator (JCB/Hitachi etc) - 01, 2. Tipper - 02, 3. Water tanker - 01, 4. Vibrator road roller - 01, 5. Self loading Concrete batch mixing plant/machine mixture/Transit mixer, like Ajax -01. Details of having key and critical equipments owned/hired/leased by the bidder, should mention such details in the prescribed format (Annexure-C) and duly signed by the bidder, the same should be uploaded in the portal. Otherwise bid will not be considered for evaluation.

To Qualify for award of this contract, the Tenderer must have appropriate valid Class - 1 Contractors Registration Certificate, registered in KPWD / MES / CPWD as on the Date of Tender Notification. Scanned copy of valid contractors Registration Certificate.

To Qualify for award of this contract, the Tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years (i.e. during the years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 1330.00 Lakhs ( in all classes of civil engineering construction works only). Scanned copy of year wise audited profit / loss statements of two financial years in which minimum financial turnover of Rs. 1330.00 Lakhs is achieved. (Certified by Chartered Accountant only. Statement issued by others will not qualify for eligibility).

To Qualify for award of this contract, the Tenderer has to furnish Liquid assets statement or availability of credit facilities for an amount not less than Rs. 199.50 Lakhs, Letter of Credit issued from any Nationalized Bank / Schedule bank (excluding Co-operative banks) in the prescribed format. Scanned Copy of the Credit Lines / Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Bank / Schedule bank (excluding Co-operative banks), clearly specifying name of the work or Work Indent No.(as per the prescribed format) addressed to the Executive Engineer, NWKRTC C.E. Division, BELAGAVI (Annexure-A) duly signed by Bank Manager with date.
