Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Pulverised sand (zone-III) derived from natura sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natura sources)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Pulverised sand (zone-III) derived from natura sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natura sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, if nishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 Pulverised sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
