CA NO CWEAFJ-24/2026-27 REPAIR TO ROAD IN DOMESTIC AND OTM AREA AT AF STATION UDHAMPUR UNDER GE(AF) UDHAMPUR

Repair to pot holes depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud over water scoring sunken surfaces in road,path etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat bituminious primer (Gde VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting Bituminious premixe semi dense asphaltc concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted to required camber and graident using mechanical paver hot mix plant as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Premixed carpet shall be mixed in hot mix plant as specified. (ii) Qty shall be executed/used in different locations of Lower Camp and Upper Camp at AF Stn Udhampur.

Premixed bituminious, macadam laid /rolled and compacted to require gradient and camber consolidate thickness 75mm or less with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 and binder content as per design mix but not less than 4% by weight of total mix incl rolling and compaction to achive desire density complete alll as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Repair to patches where depressions over 5cm thick shall also be carried out under this items. Contractor's quoted rate for this items shall be deemmed to include for cleaning of surface and removel of the rubbish material to distance as specified to prevent from corrosion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc including cleaning of berms on both side upto 30cm from the edge of black top surface with mechanical blower complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen viscosity at grade (VG-10) @ 5.00kg/10 sqm on black top road surfaces (complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense asphatic concrete consolidated thickness 40mm with 5.5% of binder content by weight to total mix, using Viscosity Grade paving bitumen of grade VG-30 prepared in hot mix plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surfaces and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller/tandem vibrating roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I. (ii) Work will be carried out in patches in different locations of lower camp and upper camp at AF Station Udhampur. Contrarctor will be arranged barrier/cones to control the traffic during work.

Material and Labour for marking bituminious road over centre line/edge line the road marking/speed breaker marking using thermoplastic paint (as per ASTM D 36/BS-3262 Part-I as approved by GE) (Hot application), white/yellow by indigenious modern propeller road marking machine with single coat of 2.5mm thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including cost and conveyance, all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inters pillars, pigments as per MORTH specifications of clauses 83.4.2.3 by sprayed at the rate of 250 gram/sqm in succession the rate to include cost of all other materials labour charges for mixing ingredients to the required temperature, cleaning the road surface, premarking, ncautionary sign boards, red glages, traffic cones as per traffic rules, safeguarding the newly painted centre line marking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Qty shall be executed/used in different locations of Lower Camp and Upper Camp at AF Stn Udhampur.

Supply and fixing in repair Solar Cat Eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Solar Cat Eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
