Cleaning of blockage of bathroom kitchen by cleaning nahani traps gully traps and removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out washing thoroughly grating of trap CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size outside the defence area and convering the same with the soil layer of 30cm thick obtained from the excavation and earthwork complete all as specifed and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage WC indian pattern or european for removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning SGSW or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depsoting the sludge in a pit of suitable size outside the defence area and convering the same with the soil obtained from the excavation and earthwork complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked sewage line, any type of dia in horizontal or vertical position from manhole to manhole drain pipes. Note:- Cleaning of sewage line of any type and dia or bore upto any depth by removing all filts/silts, foreign material and other deposits whatever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable length by blocking the first and last manhole of sewer line and removing the silt/sludge & deposits out side of defence land in covered van/Trolly all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole of any size and depth and taking out sludge and depositing the same in notified area by Municipal Corp of Delhi for dumping or out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line, man holes and septic tank of any size/any depth etc using mechanically operated hydraulic pressure machine equiped with jet and suction pressure cleaning all as specified and directed.(08 working hours machine will be tanken as one job). Note:- The work will be executed in foul conditions.

Cleaning of sludge from septic tank, soakage well and manhole etc of any capacity and depth by dewatering, taking out mud/ sludge/liquid, getting out and removing & depositing the sludge, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Septic tank and soakage well be cleaned by Mechanical Vehicle ( Tanker) and Dewatering/Sludge to be thrown away outside of defence area.

S&F PVC SWR pipes, 110mm external dia, ISI marked IS:13592 double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc with MS clamps including dismantling of cast iron, AC / PVC pipes including all fittings and accessories of 100/75mm dia and in any position complete all as specified.

S&F PVC SWR bends suitable for 110mm external dia with or without access door complete all as specified

S&F in repairs SFRC manhole covers with and including frame medium duty over all size 1000mm x 500mm x 80mm thick factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS-12592 (2002), ISI marked all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in any type of soil in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm after the pipes have been laid and tested in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a lavel not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, soil omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides for 150mm internal dia SGSW / RCC pipes after they are laid and tested including demolition of old bed and pipes omplete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of the pipe shall be 10cm. Width of concrete bedding shall extend laterally 15cm beyond either side of pipe i.e. outer diameter of drain pipe.

All as per the description srl item No 13 above here-in-before but for 200mm internal dia SGSW pipes/ RCC pipes thickness of concrete bed 150mm. Note:- The thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of the pipe shall be 15cm. Width of concrete bedding shall extend laterally 15cm beyond either side of pipe i.e. outer diameter of drain pipe.

M&L for 200mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed, tested including laying complete with collars as per manufacturer's instructions including demolition and breaking up old sewage line of any type and any dia set in cement mortar including demolition of PCC huanching and bedding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed, tested including laying complete with collars as per manufacturer instructions including demolition and breaking up old sewage line of any type and any dia set in cement mortar incl demolition of PCC huanching and bedding complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, of 100mm to 300mm bore pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel 1/2 round or 3/4 section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, reforming benching as required, complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair face of brick surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with PD proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equivalent integral WP admixer @ 200 ml/ 50 kg bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equ. in the ratio 1:4:7 one part super latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per sqm in two coats on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PD proof 101 LW(+) and super latex 302 shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18mm thick factory made WPC board of required length and of 2'-2.5' height, comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 suspension grade, calcium carbonate and natural fibers wood powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk and non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650 kg/cum complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed.
