Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-35 grade including reinforecement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications SI. No-14.4

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg. Per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clasue 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm. aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line. Grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a perviously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clasue 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat as per Technical Spefification Clause -510.

Construction of Patari with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 1 Km lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of 95% of proctor density as per S.I. No 305(3.16)

Providing & fixing Km. , Hectometere, Sign Board

Stone Boulders pitching in slopes including cost of Labour T&P etc, required proper completion of the work. SOR 15.1
