Bed with storage : Supply of Bed with storage overall size 110x81x48 inch to accommodate mattress size 72”x78” made of kiln dried white ash wood/veneer/BWP plywood. Bed headboard size 110”x48”x1.5” (LxHxT) made of 60x22mm thick white as wood framing & 12mm thick BWP plywood pasted with 4mm thick white as veneer, foot panel height 16” made of 24mm thick white ash wood, side panels height 16” made of 24mm thick white ash wood. Cushioned backrest shall be provided on the bed headboard which shall be made of 12mm thick plywood pasted with 50mm thick 40 density PU foam and covered with premium quality fabric as approved. Mattress top 18mm thick BWP plywood pasted with 4mm thick white ash venner. The bed shall be provided with full opening hydraulic storage system using heavy duty hydraulic fitting of reputed brand, storage shall have 12mm thick BWP plywood at the base. All wood/veneer surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Bedside Cabinet : Supply of Bedside Cabinet size : 18”x16”x21” (LxDxH) made of kiln dried white ash wood/veneer/BWP plywood. The cabinet shall be provided with 01 nos drawer for storage and 01 nos open storage compartment. Cabinet frames/legs shall be made of 40x24mm section white ash wood. Cabinet side/ back panels shall be made of 12mm thick BWP plywood with 4mm thick white ash veneer pasting. Drawer front panel shall be made of 24mm thick white ash wood & side/back panel shall be made of 18mm thick BWP plywood with 4mm thick white as veneer pasting. Drawer shall have integrated wooden handles & shall be fixed with heavy duty telescopic channel of reputed brand. Open storage compartment shall be pasted with 4mm thick white as ash veneer. All wood/veneer surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Dressing Cabinet with Mirror : Supply of Dressing Cabinet with Mirror overall size 48”x16”x72” (LxDxH) made of kiln dried white ash wood/veneer/BWP plywood. Cabinet size 24”x16”x48” (LxDxH) shall be provided with 04 nos drawers for storage. Cabinet frames/legs shall be made of 40x24mm section white ash wood. Cabinet side/ back panels shall be made of 12mm thick BWP plywood with 4mm thick white ash veneer pasting. Drawer front panel shall be made of 24mm thick white ash wood & side/back panel shall be made of 18mm thick BWP plywood with 4mm thick white as veneer pasting. Dressing cabinet shall provided with open platform. Mirror size 24”x60” (WxH) made of 60x24mm thick white ash wood framing having 5mm thick mirror with 12mm thick plywood backing. Drawers shall have integrated wooden handles & shall be fixed with heavy duty telescopic channel of reputed brand. All wood/veneer surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Dining Table 10 seater : Supply of Dining Table size 95”x40”x30” (LxWxH) made of kiln dried white ash wood/ veneer/BWP plywood. Table apron 80x45mm , legs 80x80mm thick made of white ash wood. Table top thickness 34mm made of 18mm thick with 4mm thick white ash veneer pasting and edges covered with 34x24mm white ash wood lipping. Table top shall have 12mm thick toughened glass insert. All wood/veneer surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Dining Chair: Supply of Dinng Chair size 18”x21”x40” (WxDxH) made of made of white ash wood having upholstered seat & back rest. Chair front legs section 50x50mm, curved back legs section 50x35mm, seat apron section 60x24mm & curved back rest panels section 60x20mm made of white ash wood. Chair seat shall be made of 12mm thick BWP plywood pasted with 60mm thick 40 density PU foam, chair back shall be made of 9mm thick BWP plywood pasted with 25mm thick 40 density PU foam. Chair seat & back shall be covered with premium quality fabric as approved. All wood surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Sofa 7 Seater (4+2+1 seater) : Supply of sofa 7 seater. Sofa internal structure shall be made of hardwood, seat shall have 5” inch thick 40 density PU foam pasted on S-spring & elastic belts, back shall have 3” inch thick 40 density PU foam & arm rest shall have 2” inch thick 40 density PU foam. The sofa shall be covered with premium quality fabric as approved. The sofa base shall made of wooden legs section 40x40mm and frame section 50x24mm made of white ash wood. All exposed wood surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Centre Table : Supply of Centre Table size 48”x24”x16” (LxWxH). Table top made of 18mm thick BWP plywood pasted with 4mm thick white ash veneer. Table shall have open storage rack made of 18mm thick 4mm thick veneer pasting. Table base shall be made of 50x24mm thick white ash wood skirting. All exposed wood surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Side Table : Supply of Side Table size 24”x24”x24” (LxWxH). Table top made of 18mm thick BWP plywood pasted with 4mm thick white ash veneer. Table shall have open storage rack made of 18mm thick 4mm thick veneer pasting. Table base shall be made of 50x24mm thick white ash wood skirting. All exposed wood surface shall be finished with PU polish in approved shade. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

High Back Chair Cushioned : Supply of High Back Chair size 650x580x1200 mm with cushioned seat and back rest. The seating height of the chair ranges from 425mm to 545mm from floor. The seat and back upholstered with leatherette and molded polyurethane foam of density 40 kg/m3. The cushioned armrests are injection molded from polypropylene. The mechanism is designed with features such as knee tilt, 360 degree revolving type, upright position locking back, seat / back tilt adjustment. The chair shall have pneumatic height adjustment of 100mm & class 3 gas lift. SS finish base fitted with 05 nos. of twin wheel castors which are injection molded in black nylon. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Mattress : Supply of mattress size 72”x78”x5” of reputed brand. Mattress 5” thick shall be made of 4” thick bonded foam + 1” thick HR foam covered with knitted fabric with both side quilting. All complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.
