REPAIR TO APPROACHES OF GARAGES PARKING SHED ETC OF OMQs AND SMQs UNDER AGE BR II OF GE AF ADM AREA AGRA

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub-base, sub-floors,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed rubber moulded precast coloured chequrered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, confirming to relevant IS Code-1237-1980 (ISI Marked) set, jointed and pointed witth grey cement and no pigments in neat cement slurry over and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge precast Cement Concrete paver blocks of M-30 grade with approved colour,design & pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer,through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs serviceable interlocking tiles of any shape and size, laid, jointed over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed including dismatling of existing interlocking tiles. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), making drainage opening wherever required, including taking down old damaged kerb stone with nacessary excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old enamel paint and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats any width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming paint on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying with brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre and apply a topping layer of 25mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection and path finished even and smooth without using extra cement with forming construction joints filled with filler incl demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and pintle hinges or steel sliding and hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces of any description,over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel/iron surface of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n exc 5 cm in length exc 6mm but n exc 9mm thickness or metal to be welded and jointed (for fixing small articles like helical spring etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cover slabs for drain,man-holes etc set in CM (1:6) incl demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note: Steel reinforcement to be paid separately under respective item

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
