Pile foundation

Material and labour for drilling/boring up to depth as indicated for 500mm outer dia bored cast-in-situ vertical piles duly stabilizing the sides by drilling fluids (reverse or DMC method) till refusal level or by any other approved method and disposing off sludge material, slurry etc. to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed for the following types of strata. Note: Concrete and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

a) Any type of soil like soft/loose or hard/dense soil, stiff clay, sand, cobble stone, soft conglomerate, loose bounders etc.

b) Soft Rock

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-35 (design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footing, capping beams, pile , pile caps, basement slabs, under-reamed piles etc. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Fe500D CRS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out/ conducting standard penetration test all as per IS:2911 Part-IV-1985 in the strata where pile is proposed to be rested/terminated including bringing to site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the test sheets complete for 500mm dia piles all as specified and directed.

Carrying out/ conducting testing of pile for initial load test all as per clause 6.1.5 & 6.1.6 of IS:2911 Part-IV-1985, for 500mm dia pile of design safe load 600KN, initial load test shall be carried out for load twice of safe load. including bringing the testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test result and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out/ conducting testing of piles for routine load test all as per IS: 2911 Part - IV - 1985, for 500mm dia pile of design safe load 600KN, Routine load test shall be carried out for load1.5 times of safe load. including bringing the testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the result and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Sewage Line

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m deep for foundation of manhole, sewage line and getting out in soft /loose soil

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers

Removing excavated materials to a dist not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for CI pipe 150mm bore.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping surface channels, benching etc of manholes finished fair and even.

Material and labour for precast stone block masonry exceeding 10cm thick using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 as in walls of manhole

Material and labour for precast manhole covers with plain faces using RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:4 including formwork.

Supply and fix Fe500D CRS bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length bend to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed).

Material and labour for 150mm dia CI pipe (sand cast) in any length with (or) without ear laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30cm girth (inner girth) in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds stopped.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished fair and even.

Material and labour for MS work such as rung, handles to manholes,etc.
